Tod App stopped working on WiFi only works on mobile data! The Web browser however is working with WIFI. This happened all of a sudden

Hi I have bought the TODTV yearly full package on November 19th and up to now I couldn’t see any match on my Apple TV or iPhone or iPad. On Apple TV I got network error and on iPhone/Ipad I got the screen asking to buy the package. I really need help. Fahmi

I buy TOD for 349. World cup full package. But its not working.even not open for single match. I want refund. I miss tobay match ArgentinaVs saudi Arabia. Its very bad . Plz do something or refund.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TOD app issues:

Force Stop the TOD App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TOD app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TOD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TOD App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TOD app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TOD.

Fix TOD unable to contact server/ TOD internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TOD » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TOD » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TOD on android.
