Unreliable service

I download the App, used it for 2 months and had problems with watching anything on this platform, whether a EPL football match or any movies. It would work well for a few days, then I would receive an error message that I have reached Maximum number of devices and from that point nothing was working on the App. The only point of contact with the support group is an email ( Not a Phone number or a Chat option!!!), to which I received a few late responses. On a few occasions, after I missed watching my favorite live football game, they replied with a short email message, correcting the problem but the same problem would happen again & again & again… Last few days, before I canceled my subscription, NOBODY from the support group would respond to my emails!!! I do NOT recommend this App to everyone, it’s totally unreliable and frustrating.
Even though I canceled my subscription a week before the renewal, these people charged my account for another monthly fee.
The App is TOTALLY USELESS and customer service is not responsive at all.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP

I subscribed for FIFA world cup for $80, and the service got blocked in Saudi! I never enjoyed my subscription nor got a refund, and even no apology from their side, their customer service is whatsapp bot, that will never get your issue solved, and no other way to reach their customer care, it’s just a fraud service to take your money.
Never even download this rubbish app.

Paid 345sr to watch the world cup and it was working up until the ceremonies that when the app stopped working completely and it logged me out and when tried to log in the app takes forever to load only to find out that they blocked the app and their website.
We want our money back scammers !
