Close and restart the TIYA app on iPhone
Update TIYA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TIYA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TIYA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TIYA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TIYA app issues:

Force Stop the TIYA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TIYA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TIYA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TIYA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TIYA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TIYA.

Fix TIYA unable to contact server/ TIYA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TIYA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TIYA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TIYA on android.
