$23 a month which is 85AED a month for little content? You’ll find around 5-6 great shows/movies. They dont have a lot of content to be this expensive for a streaming service. Netflix/Disney+/OSN are much much cheaper with better and more variety of things to watch.

I downloaded TOD and paid for one of the packages, but couldn’t open anything because not available in my area to watch. If TOD it’s in some certain countries to be available at, why is it in App Store / Google Play for the countries it is not available.

I have subscribed and paid 42 usd (154 AED) for a month. The quality is very poor. The resolution is very low. If such app are expensive they should provide minimum hd picture clarity. Very disappointed with TOD. Still hope there will be some improvements before the big event starts.

Very expensive 23$ and i only can watch live sports on 1 device.
I can’t watch live sports on 2 devices at the same time.
Please rethink your pricing or give better spots packages for family and friends, to watch sports on 2 devices or more at the same time. Thank you

It will not allow you watch your expensive subscription, it will not recognize your devices and will not allow you to correct the false repeats in devices . Send my money back .

For an expensive app it’s 1 minute behind live for sport and crashes constantly.

Laggy and always freezes while casting and keep showing errors

This is like 2 minutes behind live. Why would anyone want this at this price! Stream qualit is garbage too

The problem of playing live broadcasts is long overdue knowing that the Internet is very good.

You can never ever open a single match easily, you have to go through a process of errors, retry’s and restarts. If you are lucky to get it, the maximum time you’ll have an uninterrupted session is 5 mins if not less. Customer support is weakest and never available when it’s peak matches time (the only time you’d actually need them). Price is overhyped and with all this technology yet no 4K support. All the important matches have technical issues, I wonder why would we pay to get such a bad service yet no refund. Very poorly made app. Expected something much better from bein media after ghosting Apple TV for so long and in the end coming up with this 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I have downloaded TOD and it says one week trial .. within two days I realized it is a crap and stopped my subscription. After one week they charged me for one month. There was is no way you can reach to anyone to support, infinite loop of bots that links you to each other. I called mother company Bein and the guy told me that they don’t know anything about this company and they are not related!!!

@ apple: with all these negative comments - specifically about scam and money dispute and not about quality - why you are not taking action yet?

Extremely laggy and glitchy, sometimes it wont even let you open the match broadcast. It will just say “error, try again later”. Even if you’re lucky enough to get in the broadcast, it randomly turns to a black screen out of nowhere. And in order to get rid of the black screen you have to refresh the broadcast, which will again say error. Sometimes TOD itself wont even open. And no, its not network issues. The site even got blocked by google.

I paid for this app tv’s service while using the website on my desktop computer but when trying to view anything on my mobile phone through TOD or even the website it doesn’t work. It says something like “not available in your region” which isn’t true cause it works on my computer.
I paid for this service and can’t access it, very sad service…

I paid around $100 for a bundle subscription that turned out to not be working in my country (although it was advertised that the bundle is specific to my country). When I contacted their support, they said the issue is not with our servers and the block is coming for your country proxy. They ripped my money and many others like me who fall for their as and bought that bundle.

They took the money and TOD will never work or always have issues. They don't have customers service phone number they don't have a live agent you have to wait around 3 day to contact to a live agent. Plus they tooooooo expensive i was charged $87 for the World Cup but wouldn't able to watch cuz of TOD crashes. Wasn't able to reach out to them to get a refund. Literally not worth it.

Well I’ve just been defrauded of the US $ 80 I paid for the World Cup subscription. Worked fine for few days and today just before the opening ceremony, TOD crashed. Unable to log on. After a million attempts I was able to log in. Upon clicking to view the first match, received network error messages. Tried everything to no avail. Please refund the 80 bucks you stole.

TOD is awful and doesn’t work. It advertised as a streaming service in Saudi to watch the World Cup and ever since the first day it stopped working. The company refused to reply to comments and complaints from everyone affected conveniently after taking peoples money. Its not just one or a few complaints, literally an country’s of this app customers were scammed out of $80 each and they are unresponsive and MIA.

Whenever i try to watch a match it gives me message application cannot stream as you are in a forbidden country, tried for 15 country vpn not also working, no customer support number or email, only stupid auto replying chat bot, they just took my subscription and scammed me, worst of the worst

I subscribed for FIFA world cup for $80, and the service got blocked in Saudi! I never enjoyed my subscription nor got a refund, and even no apology from their side, their customer service is whatsapp bot, that will never get your issue solved, and no other way to reach their customer care, it’s just a fraud service to take your money.
Never even download this rubbish app.

Paid 345sr to watch the world cup and it was working up until the ceremonies that when TOD stopped working completely and it logged me out and when tried to log in TOD takes forever to load only to find out that they blocked TOD and their website.
We want our money back scammers !

This is the worst streaming app I have ever used. On top of being robbed $80 for a horrible World Cup experience. Never again will I give bein any money.

1) keep having to everyday, link TOD on the apple tv to my account through my pc or phone. Which is ridiculous.

2) can’t watch games that I missed. When you select to watch an older game, the stream starts in the middle of another game. And it won’t let me fast forward. Crazy.

3) picture quality is not good enough. Might as well watch on computer. Again, not acceptable for $80 for the World Cup.

I made a second subscription for my dad for the world cup. Was working fine for the past week and it stopped working just before the opening ceremony.

I demand a refund from BeIN and I expect that TOD Store should do something about such apps advertising something and then ripping you off.

This is the worst application I've ever seen. I paid for a subscription and received nothing in return. Worse, this app did not even attempt to reply to our several inquiries, nor did they make a statement explaining why the connection was discontinued. I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this program and the Mother firm. This is really disrespectful.

The program doesn't work and when you try to reach support they ask you to have the credit card company refund you amd raise a claim - lost 80 USD to subscribe to them - a press release by them approved that the service doesn't work but still no support to refund - clear theft

Tried one day pass to catch quarterfinals.
Very easy to set up and stream from phone to TV.
Did not run into any issues, glitches or lag.
Very good quality.
Worth the price, would definitely try it again to catch a game.
Would recommend based on my experience.

Just downloaded today for the World Cup Package (80USD) and it kept lagging although I have a high speed internet connection (600mb).

TOD presumably supports up to 5 devices, it doesn’t even support 1 !

Tried signing in from TOD , from their webpage but just keeps loading without success.

Can’t reach their customer care either after numerous failed attempts to sign in.

Total waste of money, not even worth comparing to any other services.

Must have the worse servers or maybe just a scam app I suppose.

Shameful to steal people’s money !!

Can’t watch live sports on the Apple TV app. Almost constantly grainy picture and rare moments of clarity.
I can get better quality for Wimbledon by going to a stream online.
If you can’t figure out how to do live steaming, hire some people from prime video, Apple TV, or CBS. God knows we are paying you enough

I have a subscription in the ultimate package and I’m facing lots of technical issues that has no suggestions to resolve. When I want to watch anything, the message I’m getting is that “we have faced a technical issue from our side..” and I can’t watch anything and it says you have no subscription with us even though I can log in to my account and I can watch on TV screen!! Also, TOD on the TV screen acts weird, I used to see all sports channels when I use the filter, but now I can’t and I can’t choose the Arabic commentary when I chose English as the main language for TOD . I feel this is a waste of time and money and defeats the purpose of the entertainment. Please fix your app and take comments seriously.

I strongly advise anyone considering the this app Football Streaming App to steer clear. TOD is an absolute BUGSFUL. It's designed to take your money and give you the worst possible experience.

First and foremost, the connection quality is abysmal. You'll be tortured with constant buffering, lag, and disconnections. Watching a football match becomes an exercise in frustration rather than enjoyment.

TOD 's efficiency is equally terrible. It's riddled with bugs and glitches that make it incredibly hard to use. You'll find yourself struggling just to navigate through menus, let alone watch a match.

What's even worse is that this app provides absolutely no customer care. They don't offer a phone number, WhatsApp support, or any form of live chat. The only way to contact them is through email, and even then, don't expect a response. They conveniently ignore emails, leaving you stuck with a subpar service you've paid for.

In summary, this app Football Streaming App is a complete sham. Don't waste your time or money on TOD. There are much better and more reputable alternatives out there. Avoid this app like the plague! ⚽📺🚫

I have been using the platform since they first shifted away from the disgustingly terrible beIN sports connect online-watching feature.

this app had been an absolutely exceptional app to use right up until they started ruining it with their recent updates over the past month or two.

It like they wanted to take an amazing platform and purposely make it worse for the customer. Whoever is taking charge of these changes is sabotaging their own platform and acting without the interest of the customer experience. Ignorance at its finest. What a shame…

TOD currently won’t launch on phone or TV and unfortunately constantly logs out and requires login recertification even though it’s the same device with no additional devices being used.

Login issues are unfortunately consistent regardless of the current application failure, and the video stream will sometimes stop with the audio continuing in the background (a quick pause / unpause seems to fix the issue).

Really hoping these technical issues are addressed as the service is actually decent when it works in terms of cost to content ratio.

TOD won’t open and I tried deleting it, using cellular data instead of wifi, and I was a subscriber I paid 17 dollars a month. And it was working great loved it. But after they billed me just right after it won’t work. This is bad service. And you can’t have anyone fix that for you there is no service that just want to take your money after giving you a month. Then the second month it won’t work and they will take your money. This is disgusting. I advise everyone not to use TOD.

The experience isn’t the best you ca get but I can say they are heading in the right direction.
Great selection of western content and I believe they have a great potential

I have never in my life left a review but TOD made me jump on my keyboard with frustration.

I don’t understand why I got this message:

You have reached the maximum number of registered devices. Please remove one of the registered devices in order to be able to view content on this device.

The device from which I was trying to stream (Safari on desktop) was already registered.

When I received this popup earlier today, I deleted one registered device on My Account. This solved the problem temporarily and got my browser registered back again.

But then, after a few minutes, when I closed it and opened it back up, this app wouldn’t let me stream on the very browser I had just registered.

I am asked AGAIN to remove a device which I can’t because now I have to wait for another 30 days!

It’s frustrating. It doesn’t recognize that it’s the SAME device and I can’t do anything about it. Now I can’t watch on my computer.

I tried reaching out on your website, WhatsApp, Twitter (X) and also email... with no answer.

Your customer service or the lack thereof is trash. Your app is trash. You are trash.

Inconvenient and without any support

I download TOD , used it for 2 months and had problems with watching anything on this platform, whether a EPL football match or any movies. It would work well for a few days, then I would receive an error message that I have reached Maximum number of devices and from that point nothing was working on TOD . The only point of contact with the support group is an email ( Not a Phone number or a Chat option!!!), to which I received a few late responses. On a few occasions, after I missed watching my favorite live football game, they replied with a short email message, correcting the problem but the same problem would happen again & again & again… Last few days, before I canceled my subscription, NOBODY from the support group would respond to my emails!!! I do NOT recommend TOD to everyone, it’s totally unreliable and frustrating.

Even though I canceled my subscription a week before the renewal, these people charged my account for another monthly fee.
TOD is TOTALLY USELESS and customer service is not responsive at all.

So I purchased this app during World Cup days, I registered my 5 devices and was happy with it. Asian cup comes around and I decide to renew my subscription (this app) asks me to re-register my devices but here the catch, I can only delete 1 device per month of the previous devices. So I was stuck to watching Asian cup only on my laptop (all my Apple TVs I could not register.

Renewed and paid to a 1 year subscription package for 180$ (for 5 devices) and now I’m only getting the 1 month subscription for 10$ 1 device. No costumer care no email no one to contact. Fraud.

Don’t waste your money paying a subscription to an app that u will not have the chance to use , after i paid my 4k subscription to enjoy watching the games im getting an error message that this’s not included in my subscription

I wouldn’t recommend anyone paying for the subscription. TOD is a scam. The streaming keeps cutting with different error messages each time.

I’vE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT FOR A SPECIFIC PACKAGE TO WATCH THE MATCH, AFTER THAT IT’s NOT WORKING + THEY DIDN’T REFUND THE AMOUNT!!!!!
