- Favorites feature closes the app on its own after the latest update

- Takes users to Safari to view additional information

- Recent update made following tournaments and games harder

- Does not feature women's club teams or big tournaments like the euro qualifiers

- Glitchy and hard to navigate after the recent update

- Does not show own goals in the goals info

I try to log in with my existing account (verified too) and then it sends me to the confirm email page, i dont know what to do

I check the box that I acept the terms and conditions and the privacity polítics and then it stays like that. I cant see the content of the app.

To resolve FIFA Official App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the FIFA Official App App
1. On android, goto Settings » FIFA Official App » click [Force Stop]

Clear FIFA Official App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FIFA Official App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FIFA Official App.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FIFA Official App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FIFA Official App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FIFA Official App
