Summary of VyStar Problems 🔥

- Constant error messages and crashes when trying to log in to the account.

- Customer support is not helpful.

- The older VyStar app, which was working fine, is no longer available.

- The app is useless until everything is fixed properly.

- The bank took four consecutive days to install a new system, leaving users blind to the activities of their bank account.

- Unable to access balance or any transactions.

- Frustrating experience.

When using the mobile app a message appears that the version is no longer supported, update using the Play Store. Typed in Vystar Credit union and U-Link app comes up to install. Is this correct?? Thank you James Piatt

VyStar iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix VyStar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VyStar app on iPhone
Update VyStar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VyStar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VyStar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VyStar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VyStar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VyStar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VyStar App
1. On android, goto Settings » VyStar » click [Force Stop]

Update VyStar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VyStar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VyStar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VyStar.

Fix VyStar unable to contact server/ VyStar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VyStar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VyStar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VyStar
