I’m trying to create my account on the iOS QT app, but after entering my info I repeatedly receive an error message qt3000i. What’s going on?

I'm trying to set up an account, but I get a QT3002a error code after adding my birthday information.

I can't make an account. Keep getting an error message QT3002a message. Please help

get a QT3002a error when trying to create an account and was getting error prior to closing account while trying to verify account. Uninstalled and eventually deleted account in hope of fixing. Still will not allow creation of new account.
