Spypoint app will no longer open on my Iphone12. I have tried all recommended fixes with neg results

I am getting an 'Oops' error message and have not access to my many cameras from my Android phone.

App say opps something went wrong

I get a notification of a picture coming in to my phone when I click on it there is no picture

Cam does not send pictures says wrong email wrong password.????.

Cell link shows new notifications 50 a notification 1200 but not pics on app

bot a new flex camera won't activate i'm told to send them my cell reports i don't have any the f===ing won't activate $110 wasted!!!!!

been trying to by a plan but will not let me, keeps saying something went wrong, this is bull should have not got a spypoint customer service is a joke, have to wait over a hour to talk to someone

Like this is unacceptable especially during hunting season. We(consumers) spend our money monthly for photo and video plans to wake up and not be able to access everything. It is saying no internet connection but yet I am able to get into everything else on my phone. I go to the website and it's saying my email and password are incorrect. Well I know that's a lie because that info is saved to my phone. Spypoint get this shit together or TacTaCam could be become a very good viable option. Pissed Consumer

App keeps saying no internet connection, I definitely have internet. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and get the same message

Spypoint app was working fine last night - now says no internet connection and account does not exist - saying my login info is incorrect when it is not. Like I don't even have any cameras or account with Spypoint anymore. Still sends notifications of pictures being taken but can't open anything. 9.23.22

SPYPOINT won’t app say no internet connection when I have internet connection. Can’t use app to see pics. Youth Deer Season opens tomorrow for my grandson. :(

Every time I try to log in it says no internet connection and I have to sign in again, which now it is saying my password is incorrect. That's funny because it is autosaved and every other app on my phone WORKS. I tried resetting my password and it wont send the recovery email to reset it. A day before the season starts and nothing is working. I've paid hundreds if not thousands on spypoint equipment... this is absolute ridiculous...

Web app says incorrect password and it will not send me an email to reset it. I know its the correct password.

Say no internet connection and won’t let me log in. Get your CRAP figured out. Also put a new camera up over 2 hours away then 3 days later it quits cause I need software update. Beyond disappointed with SPYPOINT. Absolute JOKE

trying to purchase a phot transmission plan when trying to do so i press the add to cart button and it takes me to my cart where it says that the cart is empty what do i do???

Your server is not sending pictures when taken with good cell coverage with cameras and iPhone. Have tried to call Spy point several times and rings but no one ever answers.

been having to uninstall and reinstall the spypoint app to view my pictures , i get the notifications but no pictures and now i cannot selectively delete pictures the app deletes them all, tried to discuss this with customer support but was told i must have my camera in hand to resolve the problem told them its a cell link not a camera, its an app issue with iphone users not a camera issue and ask do they have any idea when this issue will be resolved, they abruptly ended the chat . maybe time to change from spypoint.

Why do i have to keep signing in to the app every other day .

My photos don't show up on my iphone 13 anymore. They did but now I have to restart my phone and the photos will show up. The photos show up just fine on the tablet...

I had recently talked to one of your associates about pictures not being transmitted to my phone app. Pictures are stored on the SD card but not transmitting. I understand you are having trouble with the app is this true. I ordered three other cameras from Spypoint and seriously thinking about returning them if these issues aren’t cleared up. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Signed frustrated

I’m on my 6 th camera and have had problems with them all. Now the app tells me that something went wrong and to reload. I can’t adjust my cameras with the app. Customer service told me they are working on it but they have been working on it for awhile and it still doesn’t work. My neighbors camera app works but his camera is giving him all kinds of trouble. Bad product.

Numerous problems pictures don’t get sent cameras do not communicate just about had it with SPYPOINT I paid the $99 a year and it seems as so when I run out of pictures the camera communicates the cameras that I still have pictures available do not communicate about time to go to reveal tactic cam They work

Talked to a guy at Spypoint this a m,. and could not understand him. I have two Link Micro lte that are less than a year old. Neither work properly. Notifies me of photos, but none show. If you can't resolve problems, i can discard and buy dependable Tactacams.

I have to delete and install the app on my iPhone 11 to receive pictures…. This started about 2 months ago after being a member for years …. Please help

Having continual problems with spypoint solar and Cell Link x 4 of them, what was a fairly good working system has turned into a total joke, and the support people can only converse in broken english or some version of pig latin. I am totally unsatisfied with SpyPoint products, will never buy another one.

My app has been saying each morning that I have 100+ pics, but then I click on the app and it opens.... I only have a few pictures. I had recently upgraded my Photo Transmission Plans on a couple cameras. However; I'm not getting any new pics. I know these cams get daily activity and the battery life shows good. Do I need to reset something?

My app is saying something went wrong, reload and try again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and have turned my phone off and then back on and it is still not working.

When I tap on cameras tab, I receive the following message: Oops, something went wrong. Try loading again. I uninstalled, then reinstalled app and the same thing happens.
