Like this is unacceptable especially during hunting season. We(consumers) spend our money monthly for photo and video plans to wake up and not be able to access everything. It is saying no internet connection but yet I am able to get into everything else on my phone. I go to the website and it's saying my email and password are incorrect. Well I know that's a lie because that info is saved to my phone. Spypoint get this shit together or TacTaCam could be become a very good viable option. Pissed Consumer

Spypoint app was working fine last night - now says no internet connection and account does not exist - saying my login info is incorrect when it is not. Like I don't even have any cameras or account with Spypoint anymore. Still sends notifications of pictures being taken but can't open anything. 9.23.22

Every time I try to log in it says no internet connection and I have to sign in again, which now it is saying my password is incorrect. That's funny because it is autosaved and every other app on my phone WORKS. I tried resetting my password and it wont send the recovery email to reset it. A day before the season starts and nothing is working. I've paid hundreds if not thousands on spypoint equipment... this is absolute ridiculous...

Your server is not sending pictures when taken with good cell coverage with cameras and iPhone. Have tried to call Spy point several times and rings but no one ever answers.

been having to uninstall and reinstall the spypoint app to view my pictures , i get the notifications but no pictures and now i cannot selectively delete pictures the app deletes them all, tried to discuss this with customer support but was told i must have my camera in hand to resolve the problem told them its a cell link not a camera, its an app issue with iphone users not a camera issue and ask do they have any idea when this issue will be resolved, they abruptly ended the chat . maybe time to change from spypoint.

I had recently talked to one of your associates about pictures not being transmitted to my phone app. Pictures are stored on the SD card but not transmitting. I understand you are having trouble with the app is this true. I ordered three other cameras from Spypoint and seriously thinking about returning them if these issues aren’t cleared up. I’m on my 6 th camera and have had problems with them all. Now the app tells me that something went wrong and to reload. I can’t adjust my cameras with the app. Customer service told me they are working on it but they have been working on it for awhile and it still doesn’t work. My neighbors camera app works but his camera is giving him all kinds of trouble. Bad product.

Talked to a guy at Spypoint this a m,. and could not understand him. I have two Link Micro lte that are less than a year old. Neither work properly. Notifies me of photos, but none show. If you can't resolve problems, i can discard and buy dependable Tactacams.

Having continual problems with spypoint solar and Cell Link x 4 of them, what was a fairly good working system has turned into a total joke, and the support people can only converse in broken english or some version of pig latin. I am totally unsatisfied with SpyPoint products, will never buy another one.

My app has been saying each morning that I have 100+ pics, but then I click on the app and it opens.... I only have a few pictures. I had recently upgraded my Photo Transmission Plans on a couple cameras. However; I'm not getting any new pics. I know these cams get daily activity and the battery life shows good. Do I need to reset something?

The App Will not load. I get message “oops something went wrong, try loading again”
- No option to change the picture notification sound
- Camera quit transmitting pictures
- Had to return both cameras at least once
- Had to go to the woods on a regular to pull the cameras due to problems
- Had to delete and re-download the app at least 15 times
- Always the owners fault
- Gives preschool instruction that fixes nothing
