I wrote a review after I had only two deliveries but I have since ordered at least 3 times in the past 30 days and will place another order I’m sure before April 20th. I have grown to love this app more and more. As I got away from the sessions around Los Angeles where nothing is really tested as it has to be coming from a delivery service such as this app. Having that extra knowledge of the product, and knowing exactly what is in it, it does put your mind at an ease. I am quite surprised to see so many negative reviews, mostly regarding a glitchy app, which, I believe, every single person has encountered as even I have had trouble trying to get an item out of my cart. Honestly, Amuse is the only thing that can be complained about and it’s not really even the customer serivice department, that’s more of an IT issue, which comes into play when companies this size do automation. I just love the convenience, the selection, and the deals. I missed out on the “cool dad hat” by 1 day! Lol I sat on the order overnight as I stated and that happened. Totally my fault. But I give this app nothing but praise! They really do make up for that tax with their deals that are constantly being updated. Thanks this app! I am expecting the driver today in fact between 7-8! I placed the order the night before, I highly recommend if you cannot decide as you can always cancel and edit order. See you soon this app!

I ordered about 90 minutes before my delivery window of 7 to 8 PM. Their tracking device didn’t even budge. I had some ?’s on a few items because I wanted to stock up 4 convenience. Used their form to send my questions about payment. Will they take my credit card? Never responded and I just talked to the driver & she said NO CAN DO.
Their preferred payment system wants access to all your bank information which includes stuff they have no reason to know. Just read their privacy policy…Yikes and no way to opt out even though I live in California with CCPA legal requirements to do so.
Plus… no matter what time of day or day of the week- they show all these specials that look really good but always show SOLD OUT. This is the second time I tried ordering thru this site without getting my product. Because my last text from them said delivery at 4:00??? Tomorrow???

this app has an excellent selection of products and on my experience on-time and accurate delivery. This is an impressive app and a must have if you desire cannabis products of all types. I especially like that they have substantial inventory - it’s like ordering from a chain store - instead of “whatever is in stock”. Wish they delivered outside of California!!

All around the idea of Amuse is awesome, they’re just not fully ready
Made several orders thinking maybe this time the delivery will be made on time, never was the case. Besides the delivery drop off not being on time. I was charged for something I never received and when I tried to correct it with the support team the response I got was our system shows other wise. Now my account has been blocked, I’m sure due to nonpayment

I submitted my order and set my delivery time from 3-4 and these idiots tell me they’re outside my house at 2 while I’m still at work. The driver told me he will reschedule it to come at the time I originally placed it for (3-4) and i call at 3:45 to double check that it’s coming and they tell me that because the order had to be cancelled, they can’t help me today and I have to deal with it tomorrow. nope. Im never dealing with your terrible company and I’m spreading around my community how incompetent you are.

this app has great first time and anytime deals. The different items are lab tested and labeled so you can find the level that you are interested in easily. They have great customer service. They try and make it right if anything goes bad. Tip your driver.

Can you guys try & deliver in sac because my address isn’t a available for delivery & drop offs due to the fact that y’all can’t deliver out here with no drivers i was wondering on how long this can take ?

Concentrates come iced out for freshness, always punctual on their deliveries. Deals are insane, never have I been able to try so many new products. Truly thank you this app, I’ll stay hyping you folks up over here in the bay 💜

this app cannabis delivery has all the flower, Pre Rolls , edibles , tinctures, and vapes. I am really enjoying this menu. Now, the kicker …. this app weed delivery is by far the best app in Los Angeles. They charge the no delivery fee and have the friendliest drivers. It’s really great to use Amuse. Thanks this app!

Y’all need to improve Amuse. I can’t pay in cash or my debit cards anymore, Aeropay doesn’t for for my cards, you guys refuse to really help anyone. I used to go for you guys for all my needs now I just go to Eaze and Caliva since you guys can’t get your act right or make an attempt to fix anything. Get y’all’s act together and make improvements.

No Delivery charge is awesome especially combined with great competitive prices and promo deals. Why would I need to go to a dispensary in person again?

Just like their website, Amuse is full of bugs. Wish they would use some of their investor funding to hire an IT team that actually knows what their doing. The same login bug has been happening for over a year and Amuse is not user friendly. Hire someone from Weedmaps if you can’t figure it out smh

I placed an order the night before thinking ig was going to be a timely order. The order was 2.5hrs+ late. Amuse is supposed to provide convenience for an optimized shopping experience but instead completely set my day back. Warning if you are under a time constraint don’t use this app.

I live in LA and work in cannabis. Wanted to give them a try and we’ve been waiting for over 4 hours for our order. Without no type of response or communication from them. Never again. Save your time and order from Grassdoor or Eaze.

They have no customer service. When you have issues with your order no one follows up. Two times now I’ve been shorted on my order and no one at this app cares. They do not care about their customers. Please do not use.
