Really: Used to order and received most orders on time, etc. The debit card option seems to have disappeared lately. Aeropay was single option a couple days ago, and when nothing showed up I did get in touch with a person, but it was impossible to have anyone take even partial responsibility for my order just going "down the rabbit hole" -- lots of deflective excuse-making and some vague comment about "non-functional" terminals (?): to be fair, there was a cancellation that came in email right after dealing with Aeropay, but I suppose that just means they have bank information they really shouldn;t have and that is "OK" for mining data far as they're concerned. I got an order in for today, JAN 30 2023, and it was a cash pay, the message on my phone said "order has arrived", but when nothing happened, and I tried to chat, I got the idiot robot that said the order was never scheduled, and that the text number where they were sending messages was an unknown number (!!!) It simply refuses to acknowledge its own mechanical vacuity and spits out boilerplate crap that is of no use whatsoever. Real shame. I guess they're just mining for information and relying on volume to make up for botched orders/deliveries. I put in another order, again today, with a receipt and everything... ...but I seriously doubt it will arrive. Service has deteriorated completely with these folks. Sign Me, BIG F*****G DOPE

When they arrived, they told me if I don't come downstairs he's leaving. Told me he went up the wrong stairs and was not going to do it again and if I didn't come out he was going to cancel it! Wtf! No one to contact about this. Will not ever be ordering from here again! I have been a loyal customer I will also be telling anyone I know Not to use this service. Thourally passed as I couldn't come downstairs due to my child

Hello. I tried to order a $94.46 package on Apr 27/2022 but the order wasn't successful because the verification process got bugged out. But there was still an unauthorized payment cut from my account from Amuse. The website said my order got canceled but Amuse still cut a payment from my account. You guys suck. I’ve spent the last 40 minutes searching for a phone number and talking to a fucking bot. You can probably guess I’m pissed. Would love to bitch about how shitty the product is, but you never delivered it!!!! You canceled the order within an hour of delivery without notification and then CHARGED me for said order. No phone number for me to call and get my money back. Just a bot telling me they can help. Your bot sucks. Just refund my money and we can all go about our lives. Help!!!!!!!!

I just have a problem with a business where you, quite literally, cannot get in touch with a human being in regard to your order. I have tried calling, only to be redirected to a bot, or texted a link... to a bot, or have been hung up on.....by a bot. My issue is that I am not someone who builds his entire day around marijuana. I have a family and a job that needs my attention so, when Amuse offers its customers a delivery window, the clear expectation from both parties in this mutual transaction is that that window is honored. I'm not a fool, and I understand that mishaps occur and that traffic/weather/ personnel shortages etc. are factors in that time being changed. But, I have had several deliveries that have gone well beyond the two hour window, and this most recent one takes the cake. Again, I can (somewhat) deal with a delay. But one as egregious as 2 hours beyond the limit of an already two hour window (I'm getting my weed delivered at 8:30 and placed my order at 4:00) is ridiculous. More so, it's ridiculous when I can't even find out why, or how long, from someone who can give me a direct response. If you're going to make customers wait an unnecessary amount of time, the least that could be done is to offer a personal touch from an actual person. Or maybe it's just easier to leave your people pissed off and mad for four hours?

Hello my name is William and I used your amuse service the other day and I was not satisfied with the package when I got my flower that day it was very dry and crumbly it was not what I usually get from you guys I was very disappointed I reached outTo your customer service and left two separate emails stating the problem my name and phone number I have not received an email or a courtesy call from your customer service my order was $95 last time I ordered on top of that the driver helped himself to a seven dollar tip after I had no power of stopping this because when I looked on my bank app there was two hits it was a hit for the $88 for the purchase and the seven dollar tip that he gave himself instead of five I did not think that was cool at all I hope this is not the way you guys treat your customers thank you have a good day

What a Headache 🤕 👎

I ordered about 90 minutes before my delivery window of 7 to 8 PM. Their tracking device didn’t even budge. I had some ?’s on a few items because I wanted to stock up 4 convenience. Used their form to send my questions about payment. Will they take my credit card? Never responded and I just talked to the driver & she said NO CAN DO. Their preferred payment system wants access to all your bank information which includes stuff they have no reason to know. Just read their privacy policy…Yikes and no way to opt out even though I live in California with CCPA legal requirements to do so. Plus… no matter what time of day or day of the week- they show all these specials that look really good but always show SOLD OUT. This is the second time I tried ordering thru this site without getting my product. Because my last text from them said delivery at 4:00??? Tomorrow???

don’t waste your time

I submitted my order and set my delivery time from 3-4 and these idiots tell me they’re outside my house at 2 while I’m still at work. The driver told me he will reschedule it to come at the time I originally placed it for (3-4) and i call at 3:45 to double check that it’s coming and they tell me that because the order had to be cancelled, they can’t help me today and I have to deal with it tomorrow. nope. Im never dealing with your terrible company and I’m spreading around my community how incompetent you are.

Y’all need to improve this app. I can’t pay in cash or my debit cards anymore, Aeropay doesn’t for for my cards, you guys refuse to really help anyone. I used to go for you guys for all my needs now I just go to Eaze and Caliva since you guys can’t get your act right or make an attempt to fix anything. Get y’all’s act together and make improvements.
