Jane: Find Cannabis Products Reviews

Just finally downloaded Jane today. I’ve had an actual account with iheartjane for a while now so when I use it on the internet I can actually use it but now I finally decided to download Jane and I cannot get my location info in! I can’t access anything in Jane so I can’t keep it! So until things are fixed, I guess I’m going to have to remove it. Sigh. Kinda disappointing. I had high hopes but now I’m wishing I never did. Something needs to be fixed. Once it IS, I’d like to try again but until then I guess I have NO CHOICE but to use tie internet to access my account and all the other features that are unavailable on Jane.

Reply to edit: why don’t you work on maintaining products you’ve already sold people, like the giant touch screen menus at Cannabist Lowell AND Boston that don’t show the menu.

Leafly and Weedmaps have been at this same game for a couple years now and I see zero improvements here. Not nearly enough participants on the dispensary side either, you don’t have ANY of the top products in Mass whatsoever. No bountiful farms, no harbor house, not even any happy valley. There’s more than a few mid producers between what I listed and what you carry as well. There are better aggregators of menu data AND better delivery services CURRENTLY operating in Mass.

It's 3:30 AM and pain is keeping me up. Well OK I'm ready to explore some options. Turns out, Jane ONLY works during dispensary business hours. No research is possible and you can't build a cart or place an overnight order. You get this big grey box blocking half the screen that says "All nearby stores are closed. In-app ordering will be available again at 10:00 AM." Store locations: there are none (because they're closed). Also.... Jane viewer is geared for phone use (not an Ipad screen size responsiveness, and ONLY vertical) .. like the apps of 10 years ago. Meh, deleting it. I like to do my homework at all hours, and on a screen that is more responsive to the output device. ... Update: the website works and is 100% better than Jane .

Jane is so disappointing. Just use the website. The website gives you 100% more information than Jane. It’s very unfortunate. I hope the developers get it fixed, but it’s useless to me for now. It literally says the nearest dispensary to me is 100 miles away. Nope. My pharm is five mins from my house, but I can’t use Jane to view the menu or put in an order. What’s the point of Jane if it won’t let me place an order or even research the products? And yes, I am in a legal state.

I really like Jane because it gives you the ability to look at multiple stores and product availability at each.
There are some products that are listed with all information (terpenes, potency, effects, whether it’s got CBD or not, etc), but only about half the products listed have all of the information available. I think Jane could be pretty perfect if all components of the products are listed in order for customers to select the product that is right for them.

I think the interface is pretty straight forward. It’s easy to use and on the flip side, all too often there are no reviews on a product and no lineage info. I for one am sensitive to sativa and would like more information about each and every strain. I’ve gotten stuff that was labeled as indica and definitely wasn’t. Other than a lack of product information Jane works as it should and my orders always get filled.

Jane has a large salesforce application. It has a high score for Jane ’s descriptions, item inventory. Dispensary search, and menu look up. The search doesn’t include the items store wide and the location of the items is in 1 grams. Searching for the brand Kaviar shows information that would lead to a different selection. Having purple monarch compared to purchasing JuicyFruit is up to the person because Jane is a good start however going to the dispensary would need more accurate information.

Jane makes it very easy to pre-order and I can get in & get out ! The only thing is I will order what says to be Hybrid then once purchased and at home I realize it is actually a indica strand which I do not prefer. So now I always double check and my favorite folks at the Hampton dispensary also know what I prefer and what helps me so they also watch out for that !!

Cannot believe how easy Jane is to use. I love the ability to sort by effects and feelings instead of just lab results and sativa etc. I really dig the product reviews as well, there are so many products out there I want to try and this really helps me narrow it down!

Will be using Jane to find all my goodies from now on.

Excellent retail integration from a customer perspective. For someone who is loyal to a brand, Jane saves me so much time in aggregating product availability among multiple retailers in a given area. The menus appear to be live and limited to participating retailers, meaning relatively full integration on a single screen. The filtering criteria could be more robust (e.g. within a given brand, it would be nice for the “Extracts” category to break out the different forms), but it ain’t bad at all. Full stars.

Thank you for Jane. Makes it so much easier to shop I purchased online, without having to stand on a physical line. I can take my time without feeling pressures of others waiting behind me. Orders are scheduled for pick up less than 15 minutes after placing your order that works for me. I will continue to use this and spread the word again thank you

Congratulations on launching the this app App! Beautiful UI with vibrant colors and clean copy. Would it be possible to also add a Map View in addition to the List View? This will help users decide how they can map their route if they are looking to find products in multiple stops. Also, I did the update but still had authentication issue via Apple verification. Otherwise, a lovely, easy-to-use experience! Well done!

Jane is truly amazing.

As a Healthcare Professional, I have heard so many anecdotes of how wonderful cannabis can be in support of pain relief. But having never used it myself, I was intimated on where to start for finding good quality treatments for my own aches/pains.

Enter this app. Jane is incredibly user friendly, and the aesthetics put you in a great mood for shopping. Before even signing up you can explore options/ shop around. It’s clear where to find exactly what you’re looking for (topical, recreational, edible, etc.). Product reviews are front and center, and you get up front price comparisons in your area.

Jane makes it so easy that I feel like a expert. I wish shopping for everything was this fun and straight forward. If you are looking for anything cannabis you NEED to get Jane.

Just the name says it all, find your Maryjane,ZA, loud, spliffs, prerolls, dabs, topicals and the many amazing products. Jane is easy to use and gives you choice to find what you need for insomnia, relaxing, and a whole lot of effects that are for the most part accurate with the symptoms or effects. If you can’t find it here you can check out. Find your love this app dispensary and tap in and get to helping self medicate or whatever the reason, it’s legal and has great health relief for different symptoms but a more natural way.🌹🫶🏼✌️🌱🤙🏼

The this app app is so awesome for those who are new and already-accustomed to using cannabis. I love how user-friendly it is, and makes it so easy to navigate multiple ways to find the products and brands you’re looking for. I also enjoy the “collections” which help to find products according to what mood or goals you have. And the product reviews are amazing too, I’m already excited to try some new products, thanks to this app.

My only gripe is that a lot of things have no descriptions, or use the same reviews on several strains when they don’t have real reviews yet. Oh, and if you’re scrolling for a good deal and tap on an item, it makes you start back at the top of the page. A sort by quantity feature would be amazing too as I only buy by the ounce! Super user friendly! Great concept and amazing execution!

I was skeptical to try another cannabis app to order for pick-up. The last two times, I drove a distance to learn the product I ordered wasn't in stock or had already been sold. Boo!

So far, my orders have been accurate with Jane. I like being able to search by "feeling" rather than only lineage. Also helplful to read what others experienced. Jane is extra helpful when traveling because it shows stores nearby. I shop by brand (because I have my favorites) and sort by distance.

I’m new to cannabis and with all the different strains, brands and types of weed out there I would have a hard time deciding what to purchase. Jane makes it so easy to filter exactly what I should get based on what mood I want to be in, what type of product I want and what stores have that perfect product. I was buzzed but still fairly clear headed so I could function fine. It has a good amount of THC. It takes about 10 mins to get the full effect. I was nearly pain free after a hit and that’s amazing. I take about 4-5 hits a day and it’s a perfect complement to the Rx pain medication for the disabling pain I have.
This may not be for a person new to marijuana, but then it really depends on the person. It affects each individual differently.

I’ve only just started getting into weed so I’m easily intimidated and overwhelmed when I walk into a dispensary. The this app app makes it so easy to shop by product type or collection so I can find what I need and discover new products to try. Being able to see customer views right in Jane is a huge plus too!

I was having issues going onto Rise Paramus and placing a delivery. It kept saying there were no times available for 3 days. When I tried to use the this app app I was able to place the order. All my documents are in order so
there shouldn’t have been any issues. I told rise employees and they did nothing. Just said that there must be no available slots. I have tried 3 days in a row in the early morning and nothing. Happy I found this app to try and it worked with no issues!

The biggest issue with buying medical marijuana is trying to understand product information. Jane has reviews of products and that can make a huge difference when you’re about to drop a couple hundred dollars.

Finally a cannabis app that has up to date product and store info. Before Jane, I didn’t know whether products were actually in stock, whether stores were actually accepting orders, or whether the product info was accurate. Jane is very user friendly and I believe has a great design.

I love how all of the information can be sorted from what you’re looking for or the stores nearby. Even if you know nothing about the product itself having the collections option is so useful!

I don’t typically write app reviews but Jane is incredibly well designed and makes the process of searching and transacting super easy! I love the breakdown of categories and ability to see store ratings. The “collections” section is also really unique. Jane makes it really easy to find the right products - definitely my new go-to app.
