Can no longer access bank account on home computer. Deleted all cookies as recommended but no change. No response when when the green icon is clicked to bring up the login I.D. and password entry box. Using Windows 7 Ultimate system. Please advise what steps to take to remedy problem. Prior to login problem, system has operated normally. Thank you.
It keeps crashing and saying network is busy try again later. Then I have to uninstall to get it to work again. Kave been doing this all day
App is not working
I sent one to support so I’m not going into as much detail here, however don’t let a lack of info give you the impression I not upset. I am upset, in fact I am angry. I haven’t been able to log in for several weeks now. I’ve made 3 trips to the bank (30 miles away) to get the problem taken care of and tried 3 or 4 times myself. I even went to the main page and tried there. Each time I have to change my password. At the initial change I’m allowed to check my account but after the one time I’m told my password is invalid. This is getting past my patience level. I like to check my account daily. As of the last time I tried I was told my account is locked. Fix it!!! This “new system” is nowhere near as efficient as the one you had. One other thing that it messed up is now on the account it does not show the balance under each purchase price. That kept me from wasting a lot of time subtracting each purchase to see how much I still have in the account. Put It Back! I’m as upset as I’ve ever been. I’ve always enjoyed banking with WesBanco up to now. I don’t want to change banks, I only want to be able to see and work with the system the way it was before this “brilliant” new system.
