I’m religiously checking my bank balances because I’m constantly putting deposits in and constantly paying my credit card down. So when the new app rolled out, I couldn’t log in FOR A MONTH! Constantly had to change passwords. Now, since the new app rolled out, no thanks in part whomever updates balances since WE NO LONGER SEE WHAT A RUNNING BALANCE IS ANYMORE, I’ve been OVERDRAFT TWICE! In all the years I’ve banked with this bank- my bank was bought out 3x over 20 years, these are THE first times I’ve ever been overdraft! I said it the FIRST overdraft and I’ll say it AGAIN, WesBanco did this to MAKE MONEY for them, not to help the consumer! If they DONT implement the changes- show a running balance like before AND immediately update balances when purchasing is made? I WILL go to another bank! It’s just that simple! Profiteering during a pandemic is a SHAME, but through banking apps? It should be illegal!
