How to fix Rockr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rockr app on iPhone
Update Rockr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rockr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rockr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rockr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Rockr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rockr app issues:

Force Stop the Rockr App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rockr app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rockr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rockr App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rockr app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rockr.

Fix Rockr unable to contact server/ Rockr internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rockr » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rockr » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rockr on android.
