I try to click on vudu app in my new Sony Blue Ray dvd player and get this message: Country setting usa does not match location usa Hardware id: SNYBAX1 6AC800A 389DF23 07A6557 Device id: O Software version: 3.1.0-165531-SystemDriverArm11mtk BD 1.0-291492 I live in the US so don’t know why I’m getting this error. I can log on on my other devices just not my new one.

App not opening. Deleted and re download, same issue. Unusable. I have over 130 movies and no way to cast from my phone.
When I try to scroll up and down it skips around. I cannot stop it
Spent $100 on full X Files series, while trying to bing watch the app completely shuts down and all inventory disappears except for the search icon! Try to open up any other apps in my new snare tv and it instantly goes back to Vudu black screen!! Does it 10-12 times before o can finally open something else, my Vudu will be down for hours
Vudu app has frozen up. can’t get anything I click on to it, won’t reverse, play, advance or anything. when it does work, it wom’t let me binge TV series I BOUGHT!!.
crashes when a commercial starts, "playback error" will resume after selecting exit but sometimes continues to crash ad infinitum it shows no commercial then the same second or so of the program and crashes again over and over. will not allow any further viewing even closing the app does not work all the time sometimes after closing the app, restarting, and selecting resume it plays the end of a commercial and resumes viewing
I had a pixel 2 and just got a pixel 5. Vudu worked great on my 2 but I can't sign in on my new pixel 5. What is the deal?
Vudu wants to update but older IOS on iPad won't interface with the latest version of the app. Compatibility issues with older IOS and new version of Vudu application not allowing to show my content has me baffled. Used to work fine up until latest version on IOS ver 10.3.3 - now it is requiring an update.
Black screen is all I get.
Vudu app not working called it in on 5/3/22 had it escalated was told it would be fixed in 72 hrs. It has been a month called over 5 times can’t talk to the repair department they are supposed to contact me but it has been a month with no response! I am disgusted!
