“Expiring rewards” doesn’t show anything. It’s completely blank but shows a balance that is about to expire. No idea what needs to be purchased.
Everytime I take a survey on the app it tells me my answers are not good enough, yet I'm writing well written responses based off of my experience with the products. I have not had one product survey accepted. It keeps telling me I need to give higher quality responses.

I referred a friend and they did all the steps and received rewards for past purchases but neither of our referrals are unlocked. It says she needs to finish setting up her account

App says my rewards are unlocked after syncing but then shows those same rewards as locked.
I can't move past the connect your accounts. I've already connected walmart (still asking me to connect) and it's saying my amazon password isn't right. (I'm almost positive it is) I've had problems connecting before this happened it just wouldn't load.

I have tried for several days to get my Walmart account synced to Brandclub. Amazon and Target worked fine, but Walmart will not connect at all. It says to check username and password and I know for a fact it is being entered correctly.

The app will not link my Walmart account. Keeps asking me to check username and password which are correct. I. Tried contacting support several times in the past couple weeks and have not received any help or even a response.

Brand club not syncing with Walmart app, keeps disconnecting from retailers
Just like many , I'm unable to unlock my rewards even though it shows the items I purchased. And all it says next to it waiting for retailer confirmation and it's for pennies. It's very upsetting because I made the purchase based on these offer backs . And customer service just never answers .

1. Surveys aren’t available AT ALL. 2. Purchases never sync properly. 3. I haven’t had survey rewards unlock properly in WEEKS. Over a month. It just unlocks purchase rewards for pennies, instead of the $2-$3 survey rewards I’ve done. The club will even say “your next purchase will unlock $2.75 in rewards”, then the app unlocks a .06 purchase reward. 4. Customer service is an absolute joke. I hope someone punches Alex K. right in the face for being so utterly useless at his job & never actually answering any of the questions asked.
My accounts arent syncing and just show “awaiting retailer confirmation” despite me having confirmation that the orders have been completed.
I am unable to access Brandclub. When I try all the screen shows are stars coming in and out. I just downloaded the app and I have been unable to use it. Please Help.
My brand club hasn't been working since the 13th of April. I still have pending rewards. And customer service is a joke, they never get back to me.
App is not syncing orders. I made an in store purchase and paid with my target wallet. The app didn't give me credit for most items that I have locked rewards for, and then the items it did give me credit for say "waiting for delivery confirmation from retailer."
Downloaded the app this morning and everything was working fine, now the app wont open. It is stuck on Brandclub frozen
Not receiving my rewards and the rewards I do have are locked and unable to unlock them. I have sent SEVERAL messages for help, guess they don't have customer support.
