How to fix Chatspin app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chatspin app on iPhone
Update Chatspin app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chatspin iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chatspin on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chatspin network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chatspin Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chatspin not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chatspin App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chatspin » click [Force Stop]

Update Chatspin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chatspin App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chatspin » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chatspin.

Fix Chatspin unable to contact server/ Chatspin internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chatspin » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chatspin » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chatspin
