I purchased a $300 swing through the app and it said I would receive a $15 reward. I did not receive any of the $15. In fact only $5 says locked. How do I get the $15 reward?

This app is getting on my nerves two of my friends signed up downloaded the app and made a account and they will not unlock the 20 dollar referral. They say they need to finish setting up when they already did. I messaged this place 4 times and still got no reply. This app is literally pissing me off at this point. I have 119 dollars in rewards that they are sitting on and will not unlock. Something needs to be done to whoever is running this app and getting away with this.

This is RIDICULOUS. I have $19.75 sitting in my account that I have been waiting to cash out and here we are, a week later and for some reason my money is still "locked" and when I click the button to see what I need to do to have it unlocked, it says shows that I've already completed all steps! I've messaged them at least 4 times and NEVER get a reply. Don't waste your time downloading this app. It's got WAY too kany issues and customer service is a joke.

I myself can vouch on the shadyness and thieving stunts brand club has pulled.. I purchased an expensive car seat, it said awaiting retailer confirmation of delivery. Than about 4 days later said locked please purchase the same product for the same amount to unlock.. now a month ago or so amazon was having issues and diapers I was trying to purchase would not go through so I ended up having to cancel and try again. After a few tries it finally worked.. I ended up getting the diapers I needed after all however now brand club has told me they put a hold on my account and after I keep purchasing without canceling or returning they will unban my account. What type of sick joke is this.. when it wasnt even my fault. You're literally stealing people's money you owe them. How is this legal???

I am having trouble connecting with my account. Once I get to the verification stage, put in my number and it says error and number already associated with a account. Duh, my account that I am trying to log in. How do I fix this so I can log in?

I was doing good with Brandclub and they owed me over $100:00 and now they are not answering me about my money they owe me and my account is on hold they will not get me my money it is a rip-off

I have been waiting since sept to get paid and now my account is locked I emailed so many times and they do not respond how does one mess up this app you do surverys and buy the product and holding peoples money is not right I need a real person to talk to who is the company I need to talk to I am thinking of getting a lawyer right now

Hello, hope you are doing good. I realize the app has many problems maybe because it's a new app. Not sure!!! But anyways I am writing because I have only gotten $3.00 back from products that I have actually purchased, when I was suppose to get $11.75+$9.00+$2.75= $23.50 plus the $10.00 referral bonus for using my friends code to sign up. (Grand total- $33.50) I really hate to bother y'all but this is money that I was planning on getting back. I know y'all are really busy and I'm very sorry but I was wandering if you could please help me out with this situation? This app seems like it's gonna be a great app! Thank you for helping us save money in this world today. I will forever be grateful. Thanks for all of your help and I hope you have a wonderful day.

I try the touch app, I was put the name and email and phone number, and date of birth but it did not work.

BAIT & SWITCH! SHADY! DON’T DOWNLOAD! WASTE OF TIME!

When I downloaded this app I was happy with it! There were some kinks but then the app went down for 4 complete days for some “update” then completely quit working! They ask you to do surveys for survey money then ask you to purchase a product from that brand name to get the survey money BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE SURVEY MONEY! It literally says “Purchase a product from this brand name to unlock” the survey money but you don’t get the money when you purchase! BRAND CLUB has responded back to users that the product you purchase has to be more than the survey amount to get the survey money but that’s doesn’t even work and that IS NOT WHAT THE SURVEY SAYS nor what the terms of service were when I signed up so they have now pulled a complete BAIT AND SWITCH on thousands of users! I’ve reached out to customer service and that department is obviously NON-EXISTENT! Complete waste of time! Do not download this app! You’ll be sadly disappointed! GET IT TOGETHER, BRAND CLUB because you have thousands of DISAPPOINTED USERS!

Has Potential

This could be a great app, if they fixed a few things. Customer support needs a LOT of work. If you submit a request, be prepared to wait a month to hear anything back. Also, there are times when THEY decide how much you paid for something, regardless of the price actually on your receipt. Several times I have not had surveys unlocked because according to Brandclub the price was lower than the survey amount. Even though my receipt clearly shows the price I paid was higher. It’s a bit deceptive and dishonest, in my opinion. Edit: I came back to lower my star rating because I just synced my Walmart account and HALF of my purchases didn’t even show up. I submitted a request but I’m not hopeful since I never heard back from the last time. If the situation isn’t resolved soon, I’m probably going to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because this is just ridiculous

They don’t reward you for referrals like they say. Customer service is lacking

I reached out to customer service multiple times about multiple issues and none of them have been solved I did surveys then made purchases but the rewards never unlocked when I reached out to customer service the response had nothing to do with the issue when I synced my Walmart account I wasn’t rewarded for any purchases just told to make purchases from the brand to unlock rewards which is ridiculous since I already made the purchases then I reached out about not receiving my referral and the response I got was there’s no record of the referral so there’s nothing they can do. This app has turned out to be a waste of time and money and they don’t care I’m not sure if this is a scam to get peoples personal information or what but I regret signing up
