When I downloaded Brandclub I was happy with it! There were some kinks but then Brandclub went down for 4 complete days for some “update” then completely quit working! They ask you to do surveys for survey money then ask you to purchase a product from that brand name to get the survey money BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE SURVEY MONEY! It literally says “Purchase a product from this brand name to unlock” the survey money but you don’t get the money when you purchase! BRAND CLUB has responded back to users that the product you purchase has to be more than the survey amount to get the survey money but that’s doesn’t even work and that IS NOT WHAT THE SURVEY SAYS nor what the terms of service were when I signed up so they have now pulled a complete BAIT AND SWITCH on thousands of users! I’ve reached out to customer service and that department is obviously NON-EXISTENT! Complete waste of time! Do not download Brandclub! You’ll be sadly disappointed! GET IT TOGETHER, BRAND CLUB because you have thousands of DISAPPOINTED USERS!

I don't know why apps like this promise consumers rewards that they won't give. In my case they offered 10. Dollars for being a member through a friend who referred me. After doing all three surveys, I went to Walmart I bought the items, I did everything I was asked for but I never received the cash for doing all this. I write to customer support for an explanation and they didn't even have the courtesy to answer. I still keep the receipt where exactly the items I bought are written. Apps like these do not help the consumer at all but are a complication and waste of time.

Brandclub promises ridiculously high rewards and that is the first red flag. Once you earn a reward, for example $3 for joining the Doritos club, you have to make a Doritos purchase to unlock it. I’ve made purchases and it doesn’t unlock. Customer service gives the runaround. Who is running this company and what is their relationship with the brands? You will be exposed.

Brandclub Is Not Good At All , First They Refused To Let Me Cashout My Avalible Funds It Just Kept Saying Error Error And Then When I Contacted Support About The Issue yknow to get it FIXED They LOCKED ALL MY REWARDS THAT I EARNED AND WAS ELIGIBLE !!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPPORT IS TRASH , These people in the reviews saying its a great app are BOTS by Brandclub developer . because i have a fb group with over 1k members and a few have this same issue , avoid wasting your time on Brandclub use a different one ❗️

I have download Brandclub and scanned in my accounts. I got $117 of locked rewards. It says I have to make a purchase to unlock. So I go to Walmart and buy a couple of the products to see if the rewards unlock, and unfortunately they did not!!!! I also referred 3 of my friends to Brandclub to to test to see if the $10 referral bonus worked, but that also did not work! It keeps telling them their friend needs to complete the setup of their account to get the bonus! Like what friend !?? I referred them they didn’t refer anyone? So the referral bonus was also not legit! Brandclub seems bogus to me!

This could be a great app, if they fixed a few things. Customer support needs a LOT of work. If you submit a request, be prepared to wait a month to hear anything back. Also, there are times when THEY decide how much you paid for something, regardless of the price actually on your receipt. Several times I have not had surveys unlocked because according to this app the price was lower than the survey amount. Even though my receipt clearly shows the price I paid was higher. It’s a bit deceptive and dishonest, in my opinion.

Edit: I came back to lower my star rating because I just synced my Walmart account and HALF of my purchases didn’t even show up. I submitted a request but I’m not hopeful since I never heard back from the last time. If the situation isn’t resolved soon, I’m probably going to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because this is just ridiculous

I clearly used a referral link to sign up and saved it for reference, just in case it was needed to prove I used one. I messaged their support asking where my referral bonus was - they claimed I never used a referral despite my knowing that I did undoubtedly use one and provided them with the exact referral link I used. I then requested the immediate closure of my account, assuming that I would have the same success when completing their other offers. At least they know how to close an account properly and efficiently.

Never got credit for my referrals even though they set up their account completely. I have contacted customer service multiple times but no response. Apparently the influencers get full amount for referrals. In store purchases linked to walmart account still show pending and don’t unlock rewards. Actively shopping at the linked retailers but it still says account should be active to unlock reward. Really bad customer service. Contacted them through Brandclub as well as email but no response.

Tried Brandclub out and it’s completely frustrating. You need to buy things to unlock the ability to take surveys to earn money…BUT then you have to buy ANOTHER thing to get the money from the surveys you did. It’s an endless cycle of buying to unlock rewards. And don’t bother trying to purchase anything thru their Club shops section. Even if you purchase exactly what they say YOU DONT GET CREDIT FOR IT! Customer service is the biggest joke of all. You can send emails all day but they NEVER get back to you. Also, the whole “you can only synch 3x a day” is total bull when synching never picks up the items you bought specifically to unlock the rewards. Save your money and your time, use ibotta if your looking to actually make money from your purchases. Brandclub is garbage!!!!

After taking surveys I made my first purchases. I received credit on all but 3 items. I cashed out and contacted customer support. I received an email a few days later asking for proof. I sent it and never heard back nor received the credit. I was still satisfied with Brandclub so I made another purchase. This was a mistake. I didn’t receive any credits for my purchases. It shows in my activity but “Reward is awaiting retailer delivery confirmation”. I picked up my order two days ago! No matter how many times I sync my purchases it doesn’t change and you can only sync three times a day. I’m hoping to get my rewards because it’s an easy way to get cash back on purchases you make. But if this issue doesn’t get resolved I’ll be deleting my account.

I reached out to customer service multiple times about multiple issues and none of them have been solved I did surveys then made purchases but the rewards never unlocked when I reached out to customer service the response had nothing to do with the issue when I synced my Walmart account I wasn’t rewarded for any purchases just told to make purchases from the brand to unlock rewards which is ridiculous since I already made the purchases then I reached out about not receiving my referral and the response I got was there’s no record of the referral so there’s nothing they can do. Brandclub has turned out to be a waste of time and money and they don’t care I’m not sure if this is a scam to get peoples personal information or what but I regret signing up

I didn’t have TOO many issues with Brandclub until I tried to take a survey for the paw patrol brand. I answered all of the questions truthfully, and at the end it told me my answers didn’t qualify for a reward. I don’t know if this is a glitch, or if they just don’t want my opinion, but I can’t find any reason that it would make sense. I purchase paw patrol string cheese all the time, and cannot understand why brand club may have a problem with my answers to the survey. If anybody has any insight please let me know, because at this point I don’t care to continue using Brandclub.

They get you all excited with the initial rewards then after you cash out the first time it stops working. I have contacted support 5 times with no solution and no follow up. First it wouldn’t unlock the rewards I had earned after the second purchase, I earned new rewards for the same brands but nothing ever unlocked even after the 5-15 day wait period. That issue was never solved. Then on top of that it wouldn’t sync to my Walmart account for the new purchases. Support is no help so I disconnected my account and tried to re connect and it tells me my user name and password for Walmart is wrong when I know perfectly well that it is correct. What a joke.

App was good the first two weeks even though to complete the surveys i had to talk good about the company’s or i would get a message saying that the survey was not satisfactory.
But since last Monday app stopped working I have over 10 surveys completed that I did purchases to unlock them and they keep saying locked and my account hasn’t been credited.
The worst part is that I a number of people I know have been trying unsuccessfully to contact their customer support some for way longer than me. They simply don’t answer no matter what you do to communicate with them. I searched for their ig and not even if you follow them they allow you to write a message on any of their posts which is REALLY shady!
App is a scam to get our information do not download it!

I have purchased several items from multiple brands. And while they show up in my activity, it doesn’t unlock the ability to take surveys. It continues to say that I have to make a purchase. When in fact I’ve made 5+ purchases from that brand, that show up in the activity tab. I have tried to contact them several times over the last couple weeks and I never get a response. Waste of time if it’s not going to work properly.

Brandclub could be perfect but there’s some major flaws. I’ve reached out to support several times with absolutely NO response. I understand apps having bugs and other issues but to offer no actual options for customer service or support aside from sending a message that they don’t even acknowledge or respond to? I even reached out on social media and no response there either. Terrible.

I love Brandclub and the idea behind it but it can be slow and glitchy. I also feel that when joining brands you should be able to search for them instead of just being able to scroll through everything and lastly there should be more stores to link to I.e ulta grocery stores other brand name stores and popular common ones.

I’m still learning how to use Brandclub but so far I’m loving it! I do have a suggestion for you though. It would be great if there was a search function on the Join Clubs section. This way we can search for brands we want to join rather than have to scroll through hundreds of brands looking for them.

I was a little skeptical at first, because it all seemed to easy, and too good to be true and usually it is. In no time, I had accumulated over $100, which granted most were locked, but once I made a purchase I was able to cash out $22 in a matter of no time. I still haven’t received my referral for my friend referring me. Will update when I receive the payout and if I receive the referral.

I really enjoy the idea behind Brandclub haven’t had any issues with receiving the cash back. Although, I do wish one was able to filter the activity tab to better see things. For example to only see locked rewards so you can plan your next shopping list better. Same with unlocked and payouts. Overall I really enjoy Brandclub and hope to see some updates soon.

So many rewards, with so little effort! Tons of money to be made, just for making regular purchases! Can’t wait to share with my friends.

Honestly at first I wasn’t sure about Brandclub but it’s 100% legit. I know they’re new and have a few kinks to work out (took a little longer than expected to see the rewards show up in app) but as long as you pay with your linked accounts at checkout, you will get money back. I so far received $26 back to my Venmo via taking surveys for brands I already purchase, and then purchasing a product from that brand at either Target or Walmart. They have other stores too but I haven’t tried those yet.

I made an account just for a few quick cash back bonuses but it's actually a really good site and I'll use it more often

This makes it so easy to gain rewards for buying what I was already going to buy from Amazon/Target/Walmart

i qualified for over $75 in rewards within 10 minutes of signing up. Ibotta has nothing brand club.

I’ve earned almost $100 using this app. I can’t believe this service is real but the money is in my account. Highly recommend

Downloading Brandclub and signing up was so fast and secure! It’s definitely the best cash back rewards app that I have ever used and I can’t wait to start earning rewards for the everyday products that I frequently purchase.

Beautiful user-friendly interface and offers rewards for all of the biggest brands I know and love. I do all of my online shopping through Brand Club.

I’ve found this app to be a great app for quick and easy cash back. It’s great to see the cash back quickly increase and the rewards are pretty limitless with surveys, referrals etc.

Brandclub is slick. Set up was quick, and easy to find brands and rewards that I’m actually interested in - not just a bunch of random offers. I like that I don’t have to scan receipts or deal with an obscure points system. My purchases turn right into cash!

Awful company! They find excuses to NOT give you rewards and when you question them on it- they put your account on hold! Also you get charged fees to cash out on the few rewards you are able to cash out on! Fraud! Don’t waste your time!

I signed up and linked my accounts and immediately got $38 back on my last Amazon purchase. I decided to share with friends to get the referral bonus and have made over $600 in referrals. I have only cashed out $200 of that as it is capped at $50 a day withdrawal. So far no complaints from me. Love that I don’t have to scan receipts.

At first everything was working fine. But I cashed out 18$ in June to Venmo and still haven’t recieved it 3 months later. I have been able to cash out other rewards since then but they aren’t giving me credit like I should have. I have been shorted over 40$ in rewards from purchases made online. And don’t get me started on customer service. I have sent 15 emails over a 3 month span with NOT ONE response back. IMO they need to delete the app and try over. BBB needs to be notified about this app and the way they cheat you out of money. Guaranteed they’re getting their money for so many people downloading and using the app. So it’s basically like they’re saying forget everybody else we don’t care. Well I earn the money and I want it that’s the whole point of having these kind of apps. I spent a lot of my time scanning receipts and figuring out what I should have coming from a handful of different apps and this is the only one I’m having issues with constantly.

7/5/222...Been doing this for 3 months or so, have earned nearly $300, all sent to my Pay Pal acct. Brandclub probably still owes me $60 or so on referrals & purchases made during this time. It could be a good application with a few minor changes. I will stick with them for a while longer, maybe they can get some of these issues resolved. Right now, I would rate Brandclub a 6 or 7 out of 10.

They lure you in on the main page with all the "Instant" Best Deals, but they never release that money. It sits in pending for well over months after your items are delivered. We're talking $5-$10 "rewards"for items bought directly through their app they never intend to pay. It takes a week for "customer support" (only an email address provided, no social, no phone number) to reply at which point they will tell you to keep waiting and suggest maybe you haven't synced enough. Then they stop replying all together. It's been OVER a month since my best reward high value reward items were DELIVERED, I sync the Maximum 3x a day, I get paid my pennies for all the other items but over $100 in rewards from items directly purchased through their app is still pending and they refuse to even reply. They are clearly getting referral pay for all the sales, and harvesting data, and not even paying the menial amount promised. And don't get me started on the "surveys" that waste your time over and over only to tell you, we're not paying you, something in your responses looks wrong. Sure. What looks WRONG is this sketchy, lying, untrustworthy, app.

NOT a HATER "but" i Had high hopes as a coupon influencer talked about Brandclub. Then she stopped and I know why. Who wants.to waste their time taking surveys that get rejected? How do you earn money if you purchase from a brand from a store that doesn't link up. Time to delete this app.

Did not receive my rewards for setting up my Walmart and Amazon accounts. Didn't receive my $10 rewards I used a referral code. The person that referred me didn't receive theirs either.

I've had the same problems as of most of the ones I'm reading on here. They don't reward you according to what they say they will. Like say that I know I'm ordering from Walmart in a bit. I will go to brandclub and see which ones can be unlocked with a purchase. They dont tell you the purchase has to be more than the survey reward. I've honestly lost track of what they owe me because they are that tricky. They give me pennies for rewards when it should have been dollars.

Can you use EBT as payment.

I've tried several times to contact customer service, but no response. I completed the surveys and purchased the product, but no rewards. I really wish someone would respond because I would love for this app to actually work.

for some reason my target account decides to link sometimes and not at other times. is there a "fix" for this?

Not legit for people who just want to scam and never shopped online lmao.. totally legit for real people though. I send multiple referrals every day… some are real and others just do it to try and get the signup bonus with no real qualifications. This is a shopping rewards app… you have to be a shopper to be rewarded.. duh…
