- Top of the app is cut off a little bit on newer iPhones with the bigger screen

- When casting a show to Chrome Cast, it opens the episode in landscape mode on the phone

- Cannot fast forward or rewind in portrait mode

- Cannot easily browse shows and return to the episode fast while connected to Chrome Cast, Fire Stick, or Apple device

- Ads cannot be removed

To resolve Science Channel GO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Science Channel GO App
1. On android, goto Settings » Science Channel GO » click [Force Stop]

Clear Science Channel GO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Science Channel GO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Science Channel GO.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Science Channel GO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Science Channel GO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
