The app doesnt connect with Bluetooth. The app says that there is no Phone but there is. First we connect the mobile xxxx and Then it gives an error (on the phone) that there is no phone. But we connected on both devices. I think the problem is Android 13. Because everything is updated and on and yet there is no connection.

My app is stuck in a loop of saying my bloodsugar is 65 and will not update to the correct reading. I unpaired everything and closed the app, did a hard reset on my apple iphone, repaired everything and it is still continuing to notify my of low blood sugar and my blood sugar is fine.

How to fix MiniMed app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MiniMed app on iPhone
Update MiniMed app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MiniMed iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MiniMed on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MiniMed network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MiniMed Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MiniMed not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MiniMed App
1. On android, goto Settings » MiniMed » click [Force Stop]

Update MiniMed to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MiniMed App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MiniMed » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MiniMed.

Fix MiniMed unable to contact server/ MiniMed internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MiniMed » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MiniMed » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MiniMed
