The app doesnt connect with Bluetooth. The app says that there is no Phone but there is. First we connect the mobile xxxx and Then it gives an error (on the phone) that there is no phone. But we connected on both devices. I think the problem is Android 13. Because everything is updated and on and yet there is no connection.

App stopped working on May 13, 2023 after years of working well on my Samsung Android version 9. System updates disabled. Without a system update since 2021, app suddenly will not operate on my phone.

Keeps crashing on start up. Won’t even open
My app is stuck in a loop of saying my bloodsugar is 65 and will not update to the correct reading. I unpaired everything and closed the app, did a hard reset on my apple iphone, repaired everything and it is still continuing to notify my of low blood sugar and my blood sugar is fine.
I can't log in when sign in with Apple or Google.
