[Solved] Checking My On the 1-866-413-2582 The computer is Repeating Itself not working to give me my Balance
In iphone, for OTC Network app, I cannot get past the login window. Continue button does not work,
Walgreens says that they cannot scan my ID card for OTC purchases.
Just get a blank screen
Login is invalid, can't check my balance or use price scanner in the app

Hello I've downloaded the app on multiple devices and the scanner for eligible items has disappeared I used it before so I know it was there ,and I see people online using it as well in videos,but now it's just completely gone,and I'm having problems when goin to stores to use the card it hasn't been working for toilet paper,which I've scanned the product when the scanner was there and it said it was eligible please help
Trying to set up the app on my phone for the first time. I get "card validation failed, please try again" message. Card number is correct, zip code is correct.

The new version used to work great until the end of February 2023. No product scans as eligible though when you bring it to cashier, the same item will scan as eligible. But I need to know if an item is eligible before paying at the cashier. What happened?
My previous OTC network application works fine, much better than the newer version, friendly (will not upgrade to newer version). My wife recently upgraded to new OTC network mobile app. The application worked only once, never works again. 1) it does not save the password, checking save password does not work. 2) I used my previous version, added my wife's account, it showed balance, but on the latest version shows NO Activity, NO balance (confusing) 3) Keep creating new accounts won't solve the problem. I believe the new version have too many issues, USELESS at this point.
The app my OTC does not work. It doesn’t see my cart. I used it before and never had a problem
app does not show save now card from fallon navicare and also self-care card has balance for $50 but it did not go through at walmart at all. call me on 508-353-9093 as soon as possible Thanks Mitesh

WHY isn't our beneifits on our cards?
I've been to Walgreen's, CVS and Family Dollar. Everything I scan shows no offers available. I haven't been able to use the card at all.
I can't get in on app and can't get the website to recognize me. The app worked a few months ago but hasn't worked since
Can't get phone call thru to customer service. Just keeps repeating the language selection. Website does not let you sign in to order on line.
