Me medication list is long and I can no longer load the Med list to order refills and/or monitor when my docs submit my new scripts… So unable to access or monitor any updates…please help

Force Stop the mobileRx App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click mobileRx app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "mobileRx app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
