How to fix mobileRx app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the mobileRx app on iPhone
Update mobileRx app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall mobileRx iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix mobileRx on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve mobileRx network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

mobileRx Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix mobileRx not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the mobileRx App
1. On android, goto Settings » mobileRx » click [Force Stop]

Update mobileRx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear mobileRx App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » mobileRx » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart mobileRx.

Fix mobileRx unable to contact server/ mobileRx internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click mobileRx » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto mobileRx » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch mobileRx
