IATA Travel Pass Status

Horrible user experience. QCode Scanner is crap. Won't take .pdf files. Won't take images of Australian Vax Certificate QCode. The app crashes several times. I'm over it.

My app has my vaccination certificate loaded but I cannot scan or upload my Covid Test Results

When I load Emirates into the website and 30 May ( and any date) - it says no flights found. Is Emirates no longer included?

Issue 1; When trying to load my flights, I select Emirates and select my date of departure, but they response is that it can’t find details (but it seems it cannot locate any Emirates flight when choosing other dates). Issue 2; When trying to scan my Vaccination QR code from my photo collection, it just says my vaccination certificate is invalid, try again Appreciate your feedback on my app issues.

I have been trying to scan my new zealand vaccine certificate but it does not work.

When setting up profile, app opens camera and searches for passport bio page but does not recognise it no matter what lighting, angle, distance etc it is set at. Unable to continue with setup. Tried uninstall of the app and re-install but had the same result. Using an Oppo A54 Android phone - no issues with other apps.

Covid 19 test results not uploading - receiving error messaging continuously.

when trying to pull up my flights app just does a loading circle but never opens. Really frustrating and nerve wrecking to use before a flight. I trust this app to hold all my information in one spot, then it doesnt open when you need it. Not good

Keeps sending error message that Australian Government International COVID19 Vaccination Certificate is not valid and cannot be added to my profile. I have downloaded several times, tried to scan in good lighting, and also from image stored in photolibrary. Still not able to upload certificate.Very disappointing

Installation of travel pass crashes when trying to capture passport details. Reinstall has same result.

App won't let me share my details. Comes up with error message saying "Url error: we were unable to get information from that url. Try again" and then when I do, the page just stays on a loading page and nothing happens.

App won't work. Reloaded but no joy. Gets to loading passport then locks up. Very frustrating.

The app crashes when trying to login with Google on Android.

Keep getting bad request error - using iPhone 12 fully updated

The app is telling me there's a problem connecting to the server. My internet is working just fine.

I downloaded the app and it does nothing.

I installed the IATA app on both my phone and my IPad. The one on the phone keeps crashing, won’t recognise my passport and then stops working and won’t scan the QR code on my vaccination certificate, either by direct scanning or from a scanned photo and the app on my IPad just gives an error message when I click on Vaccination Certificates. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling the apps, closing all other apps, rebooting devices, etc. Nothing fixes the issues.
