Wanderlog Status

Hi, I’ve been trying to plan a trip (later this month) but I’ve been getting an error message the whole past week. When trying to search for whatever (attraction, restaurant etc) it won’t search and just give an error message about an unexpected error and please try later. It’s been a week, and I really need to be able to start planning properly very soon. I considered buying pro version this time, but won’t do it if the app is not working at all. Could you please look into it and get whatever error fixed? Also, please be informed that it is not possible to open the web version at all. Thank you very much in advance for your support. The app crashed and when I reopen it, details of the trip are not displaying. I tried to logout and login, delete and reinstall app but it is still the same.

I really want to "Optimise route" however when I press this I get "Billing is unavailable . This ay be a problem with your device or the Play Store may be down " ?? Do I have to pay for this feature ?? tried it multiple times but always the same white screen with Wanderlog Pro at the top & this message at the bottom there is a tab "Try for free" but it is paled out & cannot be used ?? This is the main feature I would like as not available on google map or naver etc - is there any way of getting this ? thank you

Hi, I was using my WANDERLOG app and it has frozen. I can’t exit it or add anything.

There seems to be a limit of 500 locations when exporting to Google maps, could someone confirm this please? I have other saved lists with more than 500

App is frozen. Rebooted iPhone and still frozen. Also - would like a tutorial. Want to be able to change date for each location traveling to and can’t figure out how to do it.

cant find wanderlog on android play store - i installed direct via downloadable APK file but it wont let me subscribe to a monthly plan

Wanderlog's app is completely unresponsive once the app opens up. No buttons work, no scrolling, no nothing. The screen does load the first day of my itinerary, but is stuck there (it was working, now it doesn't). Exitting the app doesn't help, nor does turning my Iphone 11 on and off again help.

App just brings up an error message: Our server ran into an unexpected error! Sorry about that! We've logged it and will try to fix it soon. In the meantime, you can try any of the following: Go back to the previous page or to the homepage. Clearing your cookies for Wanderlog. Here are some instructions for Chrome. Just wait a bit. If the site down, we're definitely rushing to fix it!

I can't login in either desktop browser or iPhone app. On desktop, it says unknown error. On iPhone, it just hung. This happens right before my upcoming trip. very frustrating.

Wanderlog is not available on Android. Not visible in Google play. I have been trying for the last few days. I'm using the web site but I need the app. Thank you

I am a further timer and can't even download the app to my android.

Wanderlog gives me a picture and some options to play a game while the apps supposedly downloading. It not doing anything.

The app keeps crashing, and tells me to update it but the app no longer shows up on the Google play store. I paid for pro, spent all this time putting my itinerary in it, and now it no longer works! My trip is in a couple days, please fix whatever the error is. If this can't be fixed how do I get money back?!
