Ermine offers great widgets with several layouts. It’s just a shame there is almost no customization available for free. Nearly all the possible chanoare behind a pay wall. There are numerous colors and fonts for purchase but only default option if you don’t pay. Would be nice for a couple of colors and fonts for free and advanced options for purchase. But at least the fun of the calendars and widgets is still available to everyone. Seriously great app though.

I chose Ermine for the privacy, but there's no way to view all the events--you can't do a day/week view. It's a shame because I can't find a privacy-friendly app that doesn't have the aesthetics of a concrete prison.

Ermine itself is beautiful and easy to use. The reason I’m confused is because it won’t let me add stuff to the calendar. Am I not adding enough info or something? I was going to use Ermine to help me out with my adhd because I tend to forget simple things that should be done every day. It also didn’t look like most of the other calendar apps so in my mind it wouldn’t be as noticeable.

It’s cute and I really like the widget options but it really needs notifications. Then it would be perfect.

Really love Ermine and the widget layout it provides. It’s something that apple calendar doesn’t have. However, when are we going to be able to receive notifications, creators? One huge thing I love about Apple Maps is event reminders and to be able to set an alert when something is coming up. I feel that’s the whole purpose of utilizing a calendar, especially for those of us who are busy. Unfortunately I still have to use apple calendar for that. Please add this in the next update!

If it had alerts, Ermine will be perfect! Cute icon, minimalist intuitive design. Works well. The only thing missing for me is alerts. Right now I have to go back to Apple’s Calendar app to add alerts for important events. You can make it a Pro feature, which I think users would pay for.

I like Ermine , it’s very minimalistic, and the widget is perfect. Unfortunately, there is no iOS syncing. Also, I would like to be able to choose the color of each event (instead of the default blue) to make my calendar easier to organize.

I really like using this over the default calendar app, due to how simple you can see the events when you click on a specific date. I would LOVE to see the ability to use your own photos for the background but other than that it’s good!

I love Ermine! The only thing I wish it had was a reminder option like they do on the apple calendar.

It would be great to be able to recognize website links in the address fields of events. many autogenerated virtual events these days put web based links in the address fields. it'll be great to be able to just click to the site in address. right now i had to copy the link into the URL field below~

I love how you can change customize the calendar to your preference. I gave it 4 stars because all you can change appearance wise is the color. It would be nice to be able to change the fonts and formatting to your liking. Also, the red dot for the events is difficult to see when you change the color of the widget from black.

You should have a a screen like the other apps that says the date and there would be a cute buddy next to the date and there should be a game oh, three screen should be on the widget too and you can customize your buddy and buy stuff with coins from winning the game but you could also go back into the calendar

This is my ideal calendar app. I need to see my whole month to plan ahead, but also see daily details at the same time, just lower on the screen. It’s ✨almost exactly✨ what I was looking for, it just needs an alert button. Maybe a desktop version is in the works too?

I think it looks great. Would be awesome if you could indicate events by changing the color of the date, instead of just seeing a small white dot under the day of the month. I also wish they made a larger widget that displayed a small synopsis of daily events.

I’m shocked there aren’t more users. I really like the simplicity of Ermine and the free version is really all I need. The only suggestion would be to add tomorrow’s event on the description on the left side just to give a glimpse of what to expect tomorrow. Overall, a very good app! Thank you.

I don't write reviews like at all but this is HANDS DOWN a calander I feel that is both functional and easy on the eyes when looking into your dates events.

The couple suggestions would just be being able to change the color of the highlights, the red coloring so it's more unique to the user. I love Ermine!!!!!!!!

Does everything I need it to do. I love that there’s an illustration on the widget! My go-to calendar widget app!

- More color options for the in-app calendar (red is like my least favorite color haha)
- More widget fonts
- Maybe swipe up or down to view all the months of the year to individually select months instead of just swiping left/right
- Option to write something in the blank space on the widget that appears when you have no events scheduled

Very user friendly!!!! An adorable app that’s flexible when it comes to personal organization. With the new iOS 14, it also has a suuuuper cute widget with a new illustration every month 🥺💞

I’m new to Ermine and still finding out things about it. One function I’m looking for if there is a pop up function that reminds me of my calendar item that I may have for that day? I highly recommend Ermine.

The widget won’t stay the custom color I set. Opacity also doesn’t work as described.
