I have a Samsung A50 and the Wave App is constantly saying "Sorry, Something went wrong. Please try again. I have cleared the cache, cleared data then uninstalled. Following this I have Installed the App again and the same message is coming up.

Close and restart the Wave app on iPhone
Update Wave app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wave iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wave on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wave network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Wave app issues:

Force Stop the Wave App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Wave app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Wave to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wave App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Wave app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Wave.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Wave » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Wave » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
