How to fix Cheese app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cheese app on iPhone
Update Cheese app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cheese iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cheese on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cheese network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Cheese not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cheese App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cheese » click [Force Stop]

Update Cheese to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cheese App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cheese » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cheese.

Fix Cheese unable to contact server/ Cheese internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cheese » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cheese » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cheese
