Take it from me, they will close your account the moment they get your information and leave you with no explanation and no money. They took the money that was in my account, never answer emails or phone calls or check voicemails, and im just left hanging with no answers on how to get my money that... I have tried to called with no answer, left messages never calls back I have never seen customer service that never answer . I’ll reiterate… DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH this app!!! I was approved for this account and was logged in and all sudden logged out with no explanation. This was within hours might I add. So I feel like they’re collecting peoples’ information and approving accounts to look good to investors. So please consider this before you open an account. Also while signing up Cheese keep freezing.

Update: I just received an email saying my card has been shipped but remind you they closed my account with no reasoning.

The bank has so much potential but the bad definitely outweighs the good for me. First of all you have Zero phone support you cannot effectively support bank issues via email. You literally never answer the phone or return calls! Secondly your deposit times for transfers is atrocious, I did a cash ... Show more app instant transfer and it took 3 days!!! I thought my $ had been lost. I provided information from cash app to track down the deposit and your only customer service person (wont say her name) tells me the funds never arrived there is nothing that can be done. Wth kind of response is that to a bank customer? Look on your Facebook page people are constantly saying their $$ never deposited or their payroll was never posted. I opened my account. I was able to sign in at first. The next day i couldn’t sign in. I contacted customer service to assist me with this issue. Their response:

Why would this happen when i just opened the account and i had funds on there. I still have not received feedback on getting my funds back. I don’t reccomend anyone to use this company.

App seemed very nice at first and easy to use, but after doing all of the steps the referrals still weren’t paid out. As well as, they have been making them worth less and less every day. They sent my card exactly 15 days ago and it still didn’t arrive .. also, when I transferred 100$ from my bank account it took 8 days to compete the transfer . I wonder is it gonna be like that will every single transfers or ? Besides that , everything else seems good and I will be happy to update ... I really like its features, especially cash back and early deposits. It is a very friendly service and makes everything easier.

Cheese has good design and it tells you exactly what you need to know about your banking information. No more ugly design banking! It's been a refreshing expereience using this app and I hope they keep up the good work

The application works well and the interface of Cheese is user-friendly. It didn't take long for me to submit application. Love its updates every week!

I only had this for 2 weeks ,but so far so good. I just transfer from my checking account to card. It does take a couple of days but it’s worth it .

Sadly I contact customer service before opening each and every time and am told yes, only to find out later at some point they DO NOT.
They are either considered “pre-paid”, they are not accepted by Plaid Verification, I can’t do mobile check deposits or wire transfers, etc. etc.
I’m REALLY impressed so far, and as I stated, I had NO idea I’d be getting so many cash back and other crazy perks on top of it!!!

My experience using the this app debit account has been fantastic. It’s very user friendly, offers great cashback promotions, and even includes interesting articles on finance. I definitely recommend the this app debit account to my friends and family!

This banking app appears to be fraudulent. I deposited funds into my account via direct deposit and my account has somehow been locked. Can’t even log back in after being logged out, app won’t allow me to enter full #, can’t even use support. Terrible idea to use this as my direct deposit card because now I can’t access my funds to buy groceries on one of my few days off.

App freezes when entering your info- goes to the next screen then goes back to the previous screen.

I don't need to pay all those fee the other banks charge. The cashback feature makes me set the this app card as my daily purchase card.

I love the automatic cash back offered by this card. There are lots of vendors, from national brands to restaurants near me. More importantly, they offer cash back on Asian popular brands like Weee, 99 ranch, Yamibuy, Fantuan etc.
