Wow, so far there are a TON of benefits I didn’t even know about when I chose “this app”.
I simply chose it hoping for legitimacy based on a LOT of research and their customer service rep because I’ve been through quite a few of these Mobile Banks, honestly.
I need a bank that offers EVERYTHING a brick and mortar bank does in a Mobile Bank, as I’m disabled and unable to drive.
Sadly I contact customer service before opening each and every time and am told yes, only to find out later at some point they DO NOT.
They are either considered “pre-paid”, they are not accepted by Plaid Verification, I can’t do mobile check deposits or wire transfers, etc. etc.
I’m REALLY impressed so far, and as I stated, I had NO idea I’d be getting so many cash back and other crazy perks on top of it!!!

The bank has so much potential but the bad definitely outweighs the good for me. First of all you have Zero phone support you cannot effectively support bank issues via email. You literally never answer the phone or return calls! Secondly your deposit times for transfers is atrocious, I did a cash app instant transfer and it took 3 days!!! I thought my $ had been lost. I provided information from cash app to track down the deposit and your only customer service person (wont say her name) tells me the funds never arrived there is nothing that can be done. Wth kind of response is that to a bank customer? Look on your Facebook page people are constantly saying their $$ never deposited or their payroll was never posted. Closed my account today goodbye moldy this app

I have tried to called with no answer, left messages never calls back I have never seen customer service that never answer . I downloaded Cheese it was approved , the next thing I have sent emails an I have screenshot the error message , sent proof of everything they requested told me they would fix the problem, you sent me a message saying you going to close my account for what reason it’s new , this is my first time with you all , I am very disappointed because you did not fix the problem like u said you would , so instead u closed it an did not fix the problem this is bad service I can’t even activate my new card which I receive couple of days before , if you could not fix the problem why ask me to send in all that information, that’s just wrong!!

I have been using Cheese for a while and I am still loving it! First of all,thus app is really easy to deposit and withdraw your money. I like how they also have a feature to get your direct deposit 2 days earlier! The offer page has various exclusive discounts and coupons so I give that a a thump up ! Overall, great app and could be the one of top mobile banking in the future.

I have nothing to say but "wow!". Thank you this app for giving me a better option! I've been frustrated by those big banks who claimed themselves that they care about their user but charge me so much money. this app is the only one who really aims at easy banking, cashback, and great customer service. Overall I feel like now I have a better financial situation and I wish this app become better!

App seemed very nice at first and easy to use, but after doing all of the steps the referrals still weren’t paid out. As well as, they have been making them worth less and less every day. It was $70 to refer someone and now within a day they made it $0 I’m assuming because they got called out for not paying out the bonuses. Other than the false promises seems like a decent banking app. Although there are several typos throughout Cheese that make me question it’s legitimacy

I’ll reiterate… DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH this app!!! I was approved for this account and was logged in and all sudden logged out with no explanation. This was within hours might I add. Sent them email to say I couldn’t log in. Getting a response takes way more than 24 hours so beware because email is the only form of communication.

“Based on a recent review of your account, we’re no longer able to service your account. The decision was made after thoughtful consideration and is final. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

So I feel like they’re collecting peoples’ information and approving accounts to look good to investors. So please consider this before you open an account. Also while signing up Cheese keep freezing.

Update: I just received an email saying my card has been shipped but remind you they closed my account with no reasoning.

Stay far away from opening up a this app account.

I was a little nervous about this account at first. I had a deposit put on hold and didn’t know why….. I got a quick response and resolution I was a little impatient because money is/was tight and still was treated with quick and efficient customer service. Great benefits and with the holiday approaching nicely got an additional $100 from this app!!!!! Thank you

This bank has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. Cheese is super easy to use and they have just made it a breeze when it comes to banking. I highly recommend Cheese to anyone in the market for a high quality, easy to use banking system. Thank You this app!! 😊😘

I opened my account. I was able to sign in at first. The next day i couldn’t sign in. I contacted customer service to assist me with this issue. Their response:
“Based on a recent review of your account, we’re no longer able to service your account. The decision was made after thoughtful consideration and is final. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why would this happen when i just opened the account and i had funds on there. I still have not received feedback on getting my funds back. I don’t reccomend anyone to use this company.

They sent my card exactly 15 days ago and it still didn’t arrive .. also, when I transferred 100$ from my bank account it took 8 days to compete the transfer . I wonder is it gonna be like that will every single transfers or ? Besides that , everything else seems good and I will be happy to update my review to 5 stars once I get my card and see that things are running smoothly

At first, I thought it was going to be some sort of “cheesy” scam card but I LOVE it. I've only had a this app account for about a week and I've already been rewarded $15! So far I give a 5-star rating and highly recommend checking it out.

Cheese is a pleasure to use. The UI is beautiful and clear. You can always find the feature you want. The rewards are amazing, You can't ask more from a online bank app. I recommend this to my friends and family .

My experience using the this app debit account has been fantastic. It’s very user friendly, offers great cashback promotions, and even includes interesting articles on finance. I definitely recommend the this app debit account to my friends and family!

I really like its features, especially cash back and early deposits. It is a very friendly service and makes everything easier.

I only had this for 2 weeks ,but so far so good. I just transfer from my checking account to card. It does take a couple of days but it’s worth it .

The application works well and the interface of Cheese is user-friendly. It didn't take long for me to submit application. Love its updates every week!

Take it from me, they will close your account the moment they get your information and leave you with no explanation and no money. They took the money that was in my account, never answer emails or phone calls or check voicemails, and im just left hanging with no answers on how to get my money that was in the account they closed for NO REASON. They lie and they steal. Save yourself the stress and run far away from Cheese.

Cheese has good design and it tells you exactly what you need to know about your banking information. No more ugly design banking! It's been a refreshing expereience using this app and I hope they keep up the good work

I love this card so much. I love getting cash back in all of my purchases. I just wish this app supported instant transfer and deposit cash in stores. Also Dark Mode support please? Thank you.

I love the automatic cash back offered by this card. There are lots of vendors, from national brands to restaurants near me. More importantly, they offer cash back on Asian popular brands like Weee, 99 ranch, Yamibuy, Fantuan etc.

Can’t even log back in after being logged out, app won’t allow me to enter full #, can’t even use support. Terrible idea to use this as my direct deposit card because now I can’t access my funds to buy groceries on one of my few days off.

Used it for few months now, love it. BTW the actual card looks great.

I don't need to pay all those fee the other banks charge. The cashback feature makes me set the this app card as my daily purchase card.

Cheese Still Force Closes After verifying my number to log in.

This banking app appears to be fraudulent. I deposited funds into my account via direct deposit and my account has somehow been locked. Customer service is literally one lady that’s never there and they keep emailing me from zendesk but never actually say anything. Very frustrating. Stick with a real bank for sure.

App freezes when entering your info- goes to the next screen then goes back to the previous screen.
