I got a new phone, when I transferred my veryfit to the new phone, I am getting a turn on system notification. I have allowed everything for this app and cannot get to the information on my phone. I can't get rid of the turn-on system notification screen. What do I need to do to use the app?
Good Evening! I am having a lot of issues with this app. 1) Historical sync always stops at 98% 2) I had a problem in the past when I was on my last plan day suddenly the plan disappeared. I was very disappointed with this one. 3) I am trying to create a new plan...when I click "Iniciar Plan"...nothing happens. I tried to reinstall the app again, cleaning caches...everything. Some of the last updates broke the app and now it is unusable. Regards! Miguel
Can’t login
Keeps asking me to enable Bluetooth permission and then sends me pack to app info option. The only option that does anything is to uninstall the app, will not let me into veryfit app.
I made a mistake in my first comment ,lest do again 1= TOTALLY remove very fit app from your phone 2= find on your phone RESET 3= download VERY FIT app on your phone again 4= ready to bind again if you end up in the future with the same problems DO AGAIN
I resolved my problem ( could not connect watch and phone ) try this 1-- TOTALLY remove very fit app from your phone , 2-- look in your watch RESET click reset , and you are ready to bind your watch and phone again et VOILA enjoy
I have made a spelling mistake on my email account. I want to correct it. It won't allow me to amend it to the correct email address. As it say email add, already exist....but it its correct Thank you

It says my account doesn’t exist and when I try to log in with a code it says the code is expired. I have already tried restarting my phone and redownloading the app. It worked ok for two days but is not functional now

Same email as used here. I tried numerous times to login but it keeps telling me login expired, try again. I don’t know why it keeps having that issue, sometimes it does show networking issues. I deleted the app and reinstalled twice but error still persist, and it’s only when I try to login.

Directions indicate there are 14 workout modes supported and yet only 8 now show. I specifically bought this to track health data while I swim laps in a pool, and when I first downloaded the app to my phone "Pool swimming" was a possible exercise but now it's disappeared. Also, I can't seem to get the exercise modes I want (Indoor & Outdoor walking, workouts, yoga & pool swimming) to show on my watch even thought they are selected (all but the swimming that has disappeared) on my phone's app as selected. I tried to re-pair my watch and that didn't change anything. I'm trying this watch, since it's 10% of the cost of an Apple Watch, and I appreciate that "you get what you pay for", but so far I'm not thrilled, especially since the watch can't work with VeryFitPro, but that wasn't spelled out. Can anyone help?
Can no longer access my album to change my watch face despite allowing the app to do so. Taking a photo works just fine, but I tried normal troubleshooting fixes (uninstalling and reinstalling, re-pairing the watch, restarting my phone) and none of it works. It's like it's a dead zone on my screen. Very frustrating as I am now stuck with 2 other watch faces I've used previously and nothing else.

I have purchased a Health Smart 3 watch as a present for my wife. We are told to "Download the "VeryFit" app to your phone. We have done that and are trying to set up her system on her Motorola cellphone -- but the VeryFit App will not allow us to proceed beyond the "Agreement" page. We have read and understood the App User Agreement and Privacy Policy. When we click on the "I Agree" button, we then get a note that says: "Please Confirm the Agreement." Again, then hitting the "I Agree" button gets another note that says "Please Confirm the Agreement." How do we get out of this loop that does not allow us to proceed beyond this agreement page?

Watch does not record sleep time correctly. Two days in a row it stops recording once I wakeup and go back to sleep, or records time after I wake up and go back to sleep. Both cases it shows 4 hours of sleep.

I purchased a watch 6mos ago that uses the very fit app to sync with my phone. The app is now saying I'm required to upgrade to VeryFit. I loaded the upgrade it keeps saying it has stopped working. My watch will no longer sync with my phone which means I can no longer get the alert for incoming calls and messages. This essentially makes my watch useless for the purpose intended. How do I get it to work???
My alexa is not working on my Alexa enabled watch. All I ever had was " what is the time "? And I git the time in text. All other things I asked I got listening then "I don't understand what you mean. Now it just listens and goes blank then looks like it reboots. I am running out of patience. My VeryFit app asks me to verify my account. I obtain the four digit passcode, enter it into the app, and then nothing. There is no way to "Submit" or click somewhere to acknowledge I have entered the pass code that was emailed, it just counts down from 1 minute and then you have to obtain a code again, now it's saying I've requested too many codes!?!?!

The app no longer reads my calories burned from my watch and also last night it did not record my sleep at all. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling does nothing to help. Restarted the watch as well, nothing is working!!! It is reading hearbeat and steps just fine...I will find out later if it is recording excercise or not but it has been working the last 3 weeks I have been using it up until yesterday around noon it stopped recording the calories I am burning.

VeryFit cannot be stopped. It appears to drain my battery heavily so I tried to stop the app running in the background. It stops but within seconds restarts.

Why does Very Fit not count your steps as exercise? It's walking!! The app gives me a poor score for exercise, but I do it all day long!

Just installed mar 20th update of VeryFit App and it can no longer find my watch id205l... restarted phone, turned off Bluetooth then turned it on again. Turned off watch, then turned it back on, don't have or can't find an option to reset watch which has a full charge. Experience with app keeps getting worse with every update, not better.
Find my phone not working
My new watch isn’t tracking my sleep which is important to me. It says no data. Bluetooth is connected. There is approx 1.5-2’ distance between phone and watch. I have not taken the watch off and slept with it. I do not want to chat w/ an expert for a “fully refundable” $5.00. I want a human answer for help and support.

The step count on the app is 6 more than what the watch says. Even when it updates/syncs to the watch, the step count is still 6 steps higher.
I entered my weight in pounds on my profile, but it shows in incorrect in Health data section, and calculates the BMI wrong. 171 pounds in profile. Health Data shows 377 pounds with a 60 BMI

Very Fit Pro will no longer connect to my mobile phone. It was suggested I upgrade to Very Fit and allow all permissions for connectivity during the start-up. Paired the device but the app locked on permissions and wouldn´t progress. Can´t believe they have released a new version without testing it. Hope they very quickly fix the problem.

Firmware and software up to date. Restarted iPhone, app and watch. Opening the app - watch connects and downloads data - then ditches the data abd shows no data on the app. Shows Initialising… with spinning circle - and it just hangs and doesn’t clear. What can I do ? Thanks

VeryFitPro app would not "bind" to my device. I have uninstalled the VeryFitPro app and now cannot find the app at all to reinstall.
My account won't verify. I have hit verify it now button at least 10 times, gone through the process and received codes. I enter the code, however the the bottom of the screen is cut off and I can't see what the black box has it in or go to the next step. I have to manually sync my watch and everytime I try to log in I receive a message that the account information is incorrect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice only to have the same issue again. Is there another app you provide that works better? Seriously sick of this and not happy with this watch at all.

Hi there, When i created acccount in Veryfit the email address included an . at the end of the email address by mistake. I have changed the email address in settings, but when trying to verify the account it still comes up with that . at end of email address (#######@bigpond.net.au.) instead of (########@bigpond.net.au), and it sends an email to the email address with the . So I can never verify the account. Any help appreciated.

The app does not calculate the hours of sleep correctly. Although it records the start and end times of sleep well, the number of total hours of sleep is not correct.
