have put the app on my android phone. when i try to get into the app ,it comes up saying app user agreementand privacy policy .exit and i agree. when i try to tap i agree a message comes up saying please confirm the agreement. also what comes up is i have read and agree to the user agreement and privacy policy. i and am locked out from any further action i cannot tick this area. please advise me what to do.

You haven't answered my last post so I am not holding out a lot of hope but here it is again. I have also written to the 2 emails given on the contact page and asked the chat line. I will not however pay money to an unknown source to find solutions as suggested on the chat line - especially given the lack of contact I have been extended after buying this product. I bought a VeryFitPro watch on 13/11/22 and have it paired to my Oppo mobile phone AX5s. I feel most of the app is working but the heart monitor part is only indicating resting heart rate and is not displaying any variation (as the sleep does) - high, low etc. I particularly need that history to be available to make my watch any use to me.   Is this just an app issue? in which case I need access to a more comprehensive app?  I do have a screen shot that I can attach to an email but not here. I bought a VeryFitPro watch on 13/11/22 and have it paired to my Oppo mobile phone AX5s. I feel most of the app is working but the heart monitor part is only indicating resting heart rate and is not displaying any variation (as the sleep does) - high, low etc. I particularly need that history to be available to make my watch any use to me.   Is this just an app issue? in which case I need access to a more comprehensive app?  I have attempted to have this answered via the chat but am not comfortable (given the run around I am getting from emails) giving money to a site I don't know anything about for advise. I am simply asking to have the app record the information I see daily on the heart part of the watch. I have also not had any luck contacting via email hean@redacted or zhouzj@redacted as given in the contact page on the website for VeryFitPro
