I am not able to change watch faces. The message is 'no records'. My watch is GTX 12. I have reinstalled the app three times, and re-started the watch twice.

Veryfit app locks up when tracking walking or biking (sync'd to Google Maps and Google Fit). Using Pixel 7 with either android 14 or 15 same issue. Watch is GTX12. Watch continues to be in exercise mode(s) and count steps but app on phone stops working and shows error message with hints on how to fix but all settings are as recommended. Uninstall/Reinstall nor any combo of Unbind and power off phone or watch helps. The same phone works perfect with a T60 watch and the GloryFit app. I like the VerfFit app a lot more but need this feature. ALL settings are as suggested (I am a geek). In short, I need it to generally counts steps AND to track to Google Maps and Google Fit my routing and other info as it is supposed to do. All other areas seem to work, though the Blood Pressure is never close.

Using the latest version of VeryFit app with a GTX12 watch on a Pixel 7 phone now running Android 15 (did exact same on Android 14). When using Exercise Outdoor Walking or Outdoor Cycling the app will only track for a short while which is usually a 1/3 of a mile to just over 1 mile. Then it will error out with the message VeryFit unexpectedly exite,...." When I use SET - they are set to = Ignore battery optimization IGNORED - Floating Window pernissions ENABLED - Power saving mode SETTINGS are App background usage ENABLED and UNRESTRICTED. Usually the only other app I am actively running is Amaon Music though the error occurs even with it not active.. When the error occurs the watch is still in exercise mode and steps still are being counted on the watch. I have tried with Intelligence exercise recognition only on ALL OFF - just WALKING and with Sport auto pause and Sport auto end both ON - OFF - and in all combinations. Of course, it usually stops sending data to Google Fir when this happens. I also had a T60 watch using GloryFit app (with same phone) and its tracking worked fine walking or biking. I much prefer the GTX12 AND VeryFir overall but need this feature to work. Please help.

My watch is only recording 3/4 of my steps. Is there a way to adjust the stride perhaps? What's wrong? I am very disappointed as I have counted many times. Indoors the watch rarely counts anything I do.

Sirs, My Veryfit App has come up with “Login expired” again! It gives the option of obtaining a code. After taking this option and watching a circle go round for about 30 seconds a message appears “Network not available”. This leaves only one other option and that is to go into the App as a new user. This results losing all my data history. I have done this once, but do not want to do it again. Please tell me what the fix is and how can I set a password for when the message of “Login expired” appears again. I do not even understand why you have this function built into your App, or what purpose it serves. You also need to fix this problem as a search of the internet reveals many Veryfit App users have this same problem. Until you respond I have no access to the App. Stephen Parker

Recently, my watch has been constantly disconnecting and not allowing my notifications or anything to come through. It's been a serious issue this last week. I've tried restarting my watch with hopes to reset it, tried restarting my phone with hopes to reset it, but it still continues to be an issue. What's the point of having it if it's consistently disconnected? Please give me other helpful information to get rid of this issue. If it cannot be resolved, I'll have to submit to buying a whole new watch that actually works. 🙄🙄

I have had a Milosz IDW19 smart watch for about 6 months now. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband for Christmas. I have been trying to pair it to my Samsung A51 phone but have been unsuccessful. I have tried to unable and then enable Bluetooth but that didn’t work. My phone is on phone visibility. Exercise time not reflecting or updating in the veryfit app. So if i choose an exercise mode and do 20 minutes to an hour it doesnt show up in the app. out of the 60 minutes of exercise to get done for the day; for the last few days when i set the duration of and complete an exercise it shows as 0 minutes in the app. this issued seemed to have started about a week ago.

I checked in settings on my phone and I couldn’t pare the watch with the phone. And I couldn’t find VeryFit in Bluetooth. I phoned Apple they say I have to be able to turn on and off the watch. What have you done. I bought watch for time and lap counting for pool swimming…new update has removed the 25 metre distance setting for length of pool. Now watch is useless for length counting….there are only two lengths of pools…25 and 50 m. What are all these other useless numbers for? Watch is now useless and unless 25m reinstalled will return to Amazon with comments and seriously negative review.

I got this watch ID207 a week ago and it doesn't track activities properly. When I set it to track an outdoor walk it syncs it as outdoor hike. I can walk 2826 steps which should show that I have walked 2km or more but it only shows that I have walked 1.89km. I find that it is out by 1km or more. It does not track swimming properly either. When I have swam 20 pool lengths it only shows 16 pool lengths. How do I set the swimming up so it tracks properly? . There is no place to change your height or stride on the app or device after the device has been downloaded to the app. I have emailed the company these issues but they never respond and there is no phone number that you can call. There is supposed to be 24/7 customer service support so why isn't this company getting back to me when I have issues?

I’ve been using this app and dealing with its quirks. And All of a sudden I try to log in and the app constantly says initialization failed. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded and re signed in just for it to go right back to initialization failed. I have tried to disconnect the Bluetooth and nothing works. Customer support is all in Chinese so I am not able to contact anyone about this problem

This app always kicks me out. When I try to log in, it says my account doesn’t exist. If I try to register again, it tells me my account already exists. ??????????????? I cannot reset my password word. I guess I might try a different watch. This is too much of a hassle. I just want to check my steps when my watch is charging. I guess that’s too much to ask for.

I absolutely loved this app but I woke with the new upgrade now every time I swipe down to update my stats (steps, calories burned etc.) it kicks me out! On the home page it is stuck on one set of stats and it’s not reflecting what’s on my watch this is sooo frustrating! If ain’t broke don’t fix it! Now I have no clue how to fix it so it won’t keep kicking me out!
