A few problems

So I have only had it for two days and no major problems, we will see. The only things are the step counter was way off and off compared to my phone too. I had the older version of this watch beside this one and by the end of the day there was almost a thousand steps different. The other thing I hate, and it is the same with both apps. When it comes to time you can have the watch on 12 hour time but not VeryFit . Drives me crazy. And last, the battery life isn’t even close the the last watch. Really the only thing I like better is that it is thinner. It does have more features if you like those things.

Worked until the most recent update

Product worked fairly well for The most part. Seems like I have to sync the watch a lot in order to continue to get any sort of notification from the watch. However, over the last two weeks I noticed that I was getting no notifications and then this morning there was an update that was done by both the watch and VeryFit itself. Since that update I can no longer sync my watch with my phone. I have tried uninstalling VeryFit reinstalling VeryFit turning off the watch turning on the watch with zero success. And, trying to find any sort of support online is almost impossible.

Not Bad, but Sleep Needs to be Fixed

Overall, this watch is not bad. It does have a flaw that some won’t like. The Sleep doesn’t work correctly. When I checked my data to see what my day was like, it tells me that I was in a light sleep during very awake hours. Also, the watch doesn’t show my sleep right after I have wake up.

As for all of the stuff this watch/ app offers, it works great! I will change my rating to 5 stars if VeryFit gets fixed.

Disappointed...

I got my watch back in May I believe, and love it! But I’d misplaced my charger and for a few months the watch and app weren’t used, and for whatever reason now when I open VeryFit all it says is “initialization failed”. I updated VeryFit , “forgot device” with Bluetooth and turned Bluetooth on and off, deleted it and reinstalled, reset the watch....and nothing.

Great watch but can’t connect to phone

Love the watch and the price is great but I’m having a very hard time connecting my watch to my phone which is an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It states I’m pair with my watch to my phone by Bluetooth but no phone calls, text messages nor Alexa. When trying to connect or pair my watch to the “VeryPro” app, VeryFit can’t find my watch device and the watch is 100% charge! I think VeryFit is bogus or the software needs an upgrade.

Watch Faces

The wife and I both have the same watch with the same app. Her app shows a whole lot more available watch faces than mine does and can’t figure out how to get the same ones she has. Being it is the same watch and app, there should be the same faces available.

Not great

Disappointed. The weather does not update on the watch unless I open VeryFit on my phone and refresh the data. Easier to just check my phone. Also, can’t download more the 1 watch face at a time. Would be nice to have one for everyday use and one for working out without having to go to app and redownload. VeryFit definitely need some big time upgrades

Crashes and doesn’t sync.

Since they fixed the crashing problem VeryFit crashes within minutes of opening. Doesn’t track exercise routs after VeryFit crashes. Can never get it to sync blood oxygen which is disappointing since that’s the main reason I bought this watch. Hopefully the glitches will be fixed soon.

Not update iPhone Health Step counts from previous days

In order to update the watch’s step count in the iPhone Health app, you need to sync up the watch and the Health app before midnight. If you don’t and the clock strikes 00:00, all the steps for that day that have not sync’ed up will not be included in the Health app. So VeryFit has all the step count history but will not write to the Health app.

Sleep doesn’t work properly

It records that you are sleeping throughout the day, I reset the watch, reinstalled the application as directed and still records that I am sleeping. Very frustrating, hopefully they will have an update to correct the problem otherwise I will be returning watch

Add more App Notification Support

Honestly, it's not a bad app. I just wish there was more support for other notifications from apps. They have support apps like Skype and Wechat but they don't have support for Discord. Like, I really just want Discord. But I do wish was more.

BROKEN APP AND NO CUSTOMERSUPPORT

I’ve been using VeryFit and dealing with its quirks. And All of a sudden I try to log in and VeryFit constantly says initialization failed. I’ve deleted VeryFit and redownloaded and re signed in just for it to go right back to initialization failed. I have tried to disconnect the Bluetooth and nothing works. Customer support is all in Chinese so I am not able to contact anyone about this problem

Wish I could log in

VeryFit always kicks me out. When I try to log in, it says my account doesn’t exist. If I try to register again, it tells me my account already exists. ??????????????? I cannot reset my password word. I guess I might try a different watch. This is too much of a hassle. I just want to check my steps when my watch is charging. I guess that’s too much to ask for.

Requires almost daily pairing

Once paired VeryFit works really well. The problem is that if the phone and watch are out of touch with each other you have to tell your phone Bluetooth to forget the watch and then re-pair it.

It’s ok

Had this watch for almost 2wks I know for sure the steps aren’t as accurate everything has synced except for my text messages no matter what I tried. there definitely needs to be an improvement on the software and app!

I would like to connect apps to watch but I can’t I have tried everything I know to do. Restarted the watch, turn it on and off , & reset the watch. Help me if you can.

Worked well until recently

Purchased watch in October 2021, all worked well and I was very pleased. Recently, the weather will not update, it just says 0° all the time and it also keeps losing the connection with my iPhone 13. Very frustrating, please fix it asap!

What happened??

I absolutely loved VeryFit but I woke with the new upgrade now every time I swipe down to update my stats (steps, calories burned etc.) it kicks me out! On the home page it is stuck on one set of stats and it’s not reflecting what’s on my watch this is sooo frustrating! If ain’t broke don’t fix it! Now I have no clue how to fix it so it won’t keep kicking me out!

App doesn’t work well

I just received the watch but VeryFit doesn’t work right. After I set everything up, it worked once and now I can’t even login because of no network. I’ve refreshed VeryFit as well as my Bluetooth, still can’t login.
I’m disappointed about VeryFit.

Watch faces

I reset my watch and lost my new watch faces. How can I get them back?

Good Morning, Now there's a point system that's been available for a bit. With all the tasks that are available there's one that I never get points for, it's the 5000 steps a day, I've been reaching that count quite a few times and never get points. I've reached out, logged it and no answer from no one. At this point I am not a satisfied customer and thinking of going elsewhere for a smart watch. I would really appreciate some feedback sooner rather than later. Thanks Jennifer

ID207, V49. I have had this unit for only a few days. It is very difficult to set up and link to my Android phone. After many hours of tinkering around, and trying to read the on-line manual, I finally got the 2 units synchronized. I have the various health functions working. The manual needs to have a section that explains every function, how to use it. Also, I could not find how to set the day/time. Apparently, this happens automatically as it is now correct without any help for me. Hope this watch does better than all the negative reports I have been reading. .

The watch is a good deal for the price. The Veryfit app is full of problems. It will have you going in circles. It wants to collect too much information. It wants to share info with 3rd parties. At least Google gives a a good user experience in return for your data.

Going by the reviews, I must be one of the few people that have no problems with this app. It connects easily, has great features and so many different watch faces to choose from. I also find the data recorded, including the sleep data, very accurate. My only complaint with this app is that you cannot "force stop" it on Android and I've never come across an app that I could not stop before.

I want to love my watch but the Veryfit App just won't let me. It rarely tracks my exercise beyond 38 minutes and today I woke up to find my calories on 90,000 I'd walked 25,000 step plus in an hour! Does anyone have a contact for customer services?
