Cannot login. Have cleared cache, data. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, used code to login, unused password to login. I still cannot login. Since the first day using the app long ago, I have never had to login again until today. Been trying everything for hours.
I can't log into my veryfit account, I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, restarting my phone, using a verification code to log in and just get Request failed, try again, over and over. Also the app won't pair with my watch, it has worked great for the past 2 weeks.
The app does not track when riding bicycle

It's very difficult to open alarm alert on my Very Fit Pro 1. It always has been. I have to tap for so long before it opens. Very frustrating! Love this watch except for that.
Having Log in issues as well. My log in data has not changed, but being told log in failed. Try to register and no email I have is working. Will not let me retrieve password, which is saved on the app so I did not have to change it. Had to change device time display to allow device to match daylight saving time adjustment. Errors all around with device and app.

Watch won't change to daylight saving time. Watch won't sync to app on android phone to update.
It was working fine, but now I can't sync the app to the device. It says I need to log in to sync them and it won't let me log in. It also won't let me retrieve my password. These things happen even when I clear my cache or reboot the device. Can anything be done to fix this?
When I try to download it says it will do it later but never does. How else can I get this thing to work? It worked fine for several months but crashed and I can't reinstal. Help!
I'm getting three white rectangles stacked horizontally. I can't access any feature. Will not sync with phone. Help. It's less then a year old

Have just purchased new version of very fit Pro. Was pleased with the one I bought 3 years ago but I cannot see the screen on the new version. Much too dim. No means of increasing the brightness. Have seen instruction to change on the app but no screen brightness option.
I been having a problem during my walking workout for the last 4 weeks. It's only allow me to go about 1 mile and then the workout stop and I have to restart the program to continue for another mile before it stops again. I finally remove the app and reinstall and it still continue to do same thing. Please help me. All I can do now if I cannot get it to work is get a different watch made by another company. Other program seem to be fine. Help!

My very fit pro will not charge
l bought a yamay smart watch last week it paired ok then I downloaded the veryfitpro app ftom googleplay it downloaded ok but only came on for 1 second then stopped and said 'unfortunately veryfitpro app has stopped. I am extremely angry after spending £30 on the watch and ready to sell it again if I cant use it. l am using an HTC desire 610 android 4.42 version all other apps seemto work

My time is incorrectly displayed. I’ve synced, Bluetooth is connected and device is charged..
The brochire that came with the SmartWatch (ID205L) has very little information on what too do once the watch is turned on. The online "manual" is even worse. Having a real manual available should be provided. Current problems are: 1. Watch time did not move an hour ahead this spring. How do I adjust the time? 2. Blood pressure monitor disappeared. How do I get it back (this was the critical feature)? 3. Will not connect to FitPro app on Android Phone.
I cannot register myself on the VeryfitPro app ??
I did not get my verification code until a while after registering, by the time I noticed it, it expired. I hav been using my watch for about a week and a half and today my IPhone was making an alert tone for no known reason. It will also make that tone on my phone when I open VeryFit application and stops when I close the application. I can not figure out why this is happening.
It won't let me delete messages sent to me only just started doing this I have been able to clear messages up until now ty for any help
Device is detected, but does not bind
My device has stopped recording daily results on my phone, no records shown for last several weeks. Only occurred over last 48 hours.
Device was recently bought. Issue: It resets and changes the time randomly and soon after that (with in an hour) , it dies. I have 2 of them and the new one has this issue
I do not think my battery is working I do not see it move there's like little stars on it when I plug it in but I used to be able to see the battery how much there was in it and now I can't I've had this watch a little over a month is there another way to check the battery without having to take the band off and plugging it in I don't believe the band that has the the battery is working real good
