How to fix Streamlabs app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Streamlabs app on iPhone
Update Streamlabs app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Streamlabs iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Streamlabs on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Streamlabs network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Streamlabs Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Streamlabs not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Streamlabs App
1. On android, goto Settings » Streamlabs » click [Force Stop]

Update Streamlabs to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Streamlabs App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Streamlabs » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Streamlabs.

Fix Streamlabs unable to contact server/ Streamlabs internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Streamlabs » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Streamlabs » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Streamlabs
