It cannot verify firmware version after Bluetooth connects and won't allow to continue.

Trying to connect Alexa on my health watch 3. Directions say to login to Amazon. But when I try I get "very fit server is unresponsive".

VeryFit download from Google Play store is stuck on 95%

Watch Face Market does not load when I push "more" and so I do not get custom ability or photo availability. to change my watch face.

My steps are not being counted, I’m using VeryFit app on iOS phone with ID208BT smartwatch. Can you advise how to correct this.

Directions indicate there are 14 workout modes supported and yet only 8 now show. I specifically bought this to track health data while I swim laps in a pool, and when I first downloaded the app to my phone "Pool swimming" was a possible exercise but now it's disappeared. Also, I can't seem to get the exercise modes I want (Indoor & Outdoor walking, workouts, yoga & pool swimming) to show on my watch even thought they are selected (all but the swimming that has disappeared) on my phone's app as selected. I tried to re-pair my watch and that didn't change anything. I'm trying this watch, since it's 10% of the cost of an Apple Watch, and I appreciate that "you get what you pay for", but so far I'm not thrilled, especially since the watch can't work with VeryFitPro, but that wasn't spelled out. Can anyone help?

Can no longer access my album to change my watch face despite allowing the app to do so. Taking a photo works just fine, but I tried normal troubleshooting fixes (uninstalling and reinstalling, re-pairing the watch, restarting my phone) and none of it works. It's like it's a dead zone on my screen. Very frustrating as I am now stuck with 2 other watch faces I've used previously and nothing else.

When selecting an exercise like cycling outdoors, and the press GO, it says move to an area with better GPS signal. It worked fine a few weeks ago..?.?. All permission to are allowed!

When I select "I agree" I get a message "Please confirm this agreement" How?

Why am I unable to click agreement at the very start

I down loaded the app , then it said accept agreement , I tap this the Policy , but the agreement does not open for me to accept ,

I have purchased a Health Smart 3 watch as a present for my wife. We are told to "Download the "VeryFit" app to your phone. We have done that and are trying to set up her system on her Motorola cellphone -- but the VeryFit App will not allow us to proceed beyond the "Agreement" page. We have read and understood the App User Agreement and Privacy Policy. When we click on the "I Agree" button, we then get a note that says: "Please Confirm the Agreement." Again, then hitting the "I Agree" button gets another note that says "Please Confirm the Agreement." How do we get out of this loop that does not allow us to proceed beyond this agreement page?

The app is not downloading on my android!!!

When measuring my bpm or spo2, I get a message, wear watch correctly or tight. It is correctly on my wrist.

I am walking 22000+ steps and it says a distance of only 7.3 km. Last week it said 14 km for around the same amount if steps. What is wrong with this thing?

The data in the very fit app is inaccurate and not marking correctly my steps and calories

Watch does not record sleep time correctly. Two days in a row it stops recording once I wakeup and go back to sleep, or records time after I wake up and go back to sleep. Both cases it shows 4 hours of sleep.

Requested verification code to activate and not received.

Will the VeryFit smart app allow you to respond to a message with a Spade & Company SmartWatch 3?
