Can not connect my veryfit to my iphone through bluetooth
Veryfit app does not download from Apple’s official App store on my iPhone 12 mini (iOS 26.0.1).

My VeryFitPro allows me to select Run, Walk or Bike only. The add said 14 options. How do I select 'tennis' please.
Firmware and software up to date. Restarted iPhone, app and watch. Opening the app - watch connects and downloads data - then ditches the data abd shows no data on the app. Shows Initialising… with spinning circle - and it just hangs and doesn’t clear. What can I do ? Thanks

VeryFitPro app would not "bind" to my device. I have uninstalled the VeryFitPro app and now cannot find the app at all to reinstall.
My account won't verify. I have hit verify it now button at least 10 times, gone through the process and received codes. I enter the code, however the the bottom of the screen is cut off and I can't see what the black box has it in or go to the next step. I have to manually sync my watch and everytime I try to log in I receive a message that the account information is incorrect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice only to have the same issue again. Is there another app you provide that works better? Seriously sick of this and not happy with this watch at all.
App won’t add my sports training minutes to green exercise circle. I record over an hour of exercise each day in the Sports Records but it only indicates 4 mins on the Fitness Exercise data
approx once a week it suddenly gives me over 150k+ extras calories, 1000+ Active Minutes & 45k extra steps for that day. The watch remains accurate, but the App is all over the place! I thought it was only when I put it on charge with my PC, but it does it when unconnected too
My very fit pro watch lights up constantly, when I'm sleeping, in a dark theater, off and on. It's annoying. Can this be fixed or do I need another one?
App will not allow entry of personal information, press NEXT and nothing happens. I had it working but found it was eating my phone battery so uninstalled to confirm it was the cause, YES it was. Now on reinstall it will not go past entry of info.

Hi there, When i created acccount in Veryfit the email address included an . at the end of the email address by mistake. I have changed the email address in settings, but when trying to verify the account it still comes up with that . at end of email address (#######@bigpond.net.au.) instead of (########@bigpond.net.au), and it sends an email to the email address with the . So I can never verify the account. Any help appreciated.
VeryFit app Keeps Disconnecting
My app keeps crashing try to change my background picture or edit my weight check messages ect, and app shuts down i tried uninstalling it download it again still does the same thing use to work great now can't do anything with it
The app does not calculate the hours of sleep correctly. Although it records the start and end times of sleep well, the number of total hours of sleep is not correct.
