Literally the worst customer service. I have had this account for over a year and was closed out by them a few weeks ago, for no reason what so ever. I tried to reach out to get my email/last name changed and they blocked/closed my account and market it as fraud. I reached out numerous times to customer service and nothing. First it was over chat, I kept getting some rude guy named Marcus. He was no help at all and kept blocking/closing up my chats. When asked for a supervisor, he ended the chat. When asked for a phone number for customer service, he refused. So when I finally was able to get a phone number, the girl who claimed to be a “Customer service manager”, was completely rude and not customer service friendly at all. She didn’t do anything to fix my issue and pretty much just gave me the runaround of whatever script she was reading. I need actual help! I need answers!! Also, when asked about their company’s policy of closing people’s account for no given reason, her answer (The Customer Service Manager), “yeah pretty much”, all nonchalant as if it was just a normal thing to closing peoples account out without contacting or any reason given at all. That’s so professional! This won’t be the last you guys hear from me.

this app offers a great concept. I initially downloaded this to stash some small savings funds I like to use for trips or other items I’m saving up for. Unfortunately, they released a product that doesn’t work. How a Product Manager signed off on this is beyond me. HMBradley repeatedly failed to link common banking platforms using the automatic sign in option (ok fine), but even the manual option fails to link to your bank. What’s more, is the Web version of these services doesn’t work either. These aren’t trivial bugs!! If I released something that had a core function broken for this long I would definitely be fired. Maybe if they actually get their service working it will be a good concept but to be frank I wouldn’t ever use this service for money I needed regular access to. Which I guess I don’t have to worry about because I can’t transfer in any funds in the first place.

I have been using this app for about a year now and all I can say is it’s wonderful! Sure there are some bugs here and there but where else can you get 3% on up to 100k?! I’ve earned about $1000 over the year from interest and Cash back on their CC. I love using plans to hide money away for different savings goal as well! Really happy customer and can’t wait to see what they build in the future!

Love the way this bank operates, which is why I chose to bank with them in the first place, but HMBradley is essentially just a pocket sized version of the website. Updating rating from 4 to 5 stars since they fixed the ATM locator on HMBradley and website within a couple weeks of my previous review!

For those of us lucky enough to have experienced INGDirect back in the day, this app is the spiritual successor - a bank built for savers and one clearly invested more in your success than in convincing you to spend more.

Customer support is super responsive and HMBradley is well done, with constant updates coming out.

This is one of the best neobanks I’ve found to date, and I have tried them all. Hoping this becomes my one stop shop for every aspect of my bank life. As of right now I’m still using a second bank but really close to just moving everything here.

Great app, good bank. Needs an iPad app tho!!

Love the new version of the mobile app, it’s intuitive to navigate and I can easily access all of the information I need. Also, I appreciate the icons and other elements that were incorporated in the new design (icons, welcome screen, cash flow).

I’ve had this bank account since they opened last year in March 2020. So far I’ve earned great apy 3% most months. Customer service is great and they work with you. I’m a very happy this app customer and you should create your account as well to cash in on the great apy

The website is better than HMBradley , but they are definitely working on improving it. Everything has been great so far and my interest has posted no problem. The 3% is great!! Will definitely continue to use!!

I love the idea of Plans to keep my savings categorized! The new app makes it easy to view what matters. In particular, I like the ability to view money in and money out upfront when viewing my balance.

Most people (probably) bank with this app to take advantage of their “savings tiers”, which is essentially a reward system for increasing/maintaining balances which renews quarterly.

In order to take advantage of the best rates, you need to acquire the credit card. After doing so HMBradley marked my reward requirements as “waived.” I followed up with customer service who assured me this was the case. However at the start of this quarter, I was penalized for not having met those same requirements!

Customer service blamed me for not reading the “terms of service” even though their app displayed something different, and the customer service rep misled me. They admitted the experience was confusing, yet did not rectify the situation.

I was very satisfied until this incident.

This bank very bad service! I want contact to customer service complain my transaction but they don’t have phone number. This bank very bad customer service, no phone number to contact. Everyone has to be careful when deciding to open an account at this bank, because this bank just wants to keep your money, if you do another transaction they will close your account with the reason due to suspicious activity.

I can definitely feel that they are developing a product that is made for everyone’s unique financial situation. So cool! And They are really working to optimize for mobile and i really appreciate that, unlike big banks where HMBradley is garbage

It just keeps saying “something went wrong”. Wish this feature was more functional. The other thing that’s really annoying is the menus are not intuitive at all. Things aren’t where you think they’d be. My last wish is that I wish I could see pending transactions. Otherwise it’s a decent app.

App is very simple and streamlined. Not much change from the desktop version. Was able to move around and adjust settings with ease. Can’t wait to see what is next!

These guys are great, have insane apy’s across your entire balance, not just in plans or spend. Very receptive to ideas and fixes and will be here for the long term!

I couldn’t link any bank account using both login & routing number methods. After following all the step, it said linking was successful but when I clicked on transfer funds, no account listed.
What’s the point of having an online bank app with buggy bank linking option?! How do I trust you guys with my money if I can’t link or withdraw my money when I need?

Signed up for the interest rate but they keep adding features I like!

I love the account. HM Bradley is great. But HMBradley , well it needs some help. What kind of banking app doesn’t show transactions with a running balance???

HMBradley needs to show the list of local ATM’s instead of just hitting the button on the map.

How on earth do you not have mobile deposit in 2021??
