Unable to open app

Paid subscription. App stopped working. Locked up? Cannot access even a login screen 🤬

Two days in a row, the screen freezes while I am entering food in the log.

You charged my visa card to my checking account but wouldn't accept the password I set and let me in. I tried several times to reset the password but didn't work. you sent me an email so I know the email address is correct but you stated I didn't finish signing up. Why did you accept my charge card if I'm not finished. i don't want to sign up again and get billed again. I also tried to cancel the order but now I don't know where I stand with this. Please reply and let me know what's going on with account. Thank you.

I can not open the Klinio app today

I hate this app it is not working today and I find the database of food is terrible. I have used it for 11 days and would love to know how I can get at least some of my money back. I have returned to the App My net diary which is excellent and easy to use. This app is a rip off. Help Help

It appears that the app has locked up. Can’t open any areas can only view home screen
