I am unable to upload or download the Dexcom information even after the app says it has successfully connected to Dexcom. It just buffers. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. I would sign up for the lifetime subscription if I could get this to work

How to fix SNAQ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SNAQ app on iPhone
Update SNAQ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SNAQ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SNAQ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SNAQ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SNAQ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SNAQ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SNAQ App
1. On android, goto Settings » SNAQ » click [Force Stop]

Update SNAQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SNAQ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SNAQ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SNAQ.

Fix SNAQ unable to contact server/ SNAQ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SNAQ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SNAQ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SNAQ
