Before the update I tracked my readings in mmol/L as its read at the doctors. my meter gives mmol/L p

I just bought my glucose monitor and the app won’t let me sign in after i successfully signed up
App started crashing this week.
Sept 27 is the last time mySugr has tracked my glucose.
If I forget to add my carbs at the end of the day, I can no longer add them later with the correct date. It won’t allow me to change the date & then add carbs. It goes blank, & I have to cancel to exit. If I just add carbs 1st, I can’t get to date or the page goes blank & I have to cancel, or save w/current date.
Hi, I’ve just got myself a new Accu-Chek instant meter. I have tried to pair it with mysugar app but to no avail. I cannot see my meter in the available devices and applications. The only thing I find there is apple health app. I’ve read a lot of literature on the internet, seen videos on YouTube but still cannot pair my meter to my iPhone. Is my location a factor? I’d be very grateful if you can help me get my meter paired to my iPhone. Looking for forward to hearing from you. thanks a lot have a nice day . Ali
