- Loses connection and constantly says “Silencer Link Lost”

- Earbuds are at different volume each time they are turned on

- App will not connect

the app will not switch to life style no Idea why just bought them today and installed the app

Walker's app crashing after initial connect attempt. Android connects to ear buds with blue tooth for sound okay.

To resolve Walker's Link network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Walker's Link App
1. On android, goto Settings » Walker's Link » click [Force Stop]

Clear Walker's Link App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Walker's Link » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Walker's Link.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Walker's Link » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Walker's Link » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Walker's Link
