- Generic “fixes” don’t help
- Requires an app to work
- Backup deletes files from albums randomly
- Can’t turn off backup
Loaded many music albums and songs on the ixpand flash drive from my Windows 10 computer. Computer shows all files correctly in place on the flash drive, but with the drive connected to my iphone 13 the ixpand app shows only some of the songs and albums. The songs that the app detects play just fine, but most of the music loaded on the drive do not show in the ixpand app on the phone.
I just purchased my Sandisk ixpand 128GB to transfer photos from my Iphone12Promax. Unfortunately, my phone crashes a lot when I use the Sandisk, i have only successfully transferred few photos and then it crashes again and it can only transfer probably less than 5 photos at a time because there will be an error or it wont copy the images that i want to move from my phone to my ixpand. It is so frustrating!.
I am trying to backup my photos. It downloads about 1/3 of the photos and then stops. Then it just crashes.
I have iphone13 password not working and stops working half way through it . Shows only a few photos copied
The Sandisk app continually crashes on my iphone 12 when trying to back up my photos. I see this is reported as a recurring problem by many users. Any suggestions? If it has not been fixed I will return the drive. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and problem is still there. Let me know. Thanks, David
I have 6,104 photos and 83 videos on my iPhone 13 Pro, totally 14.34 GB. I connected a Sandisk xpand 64 gb lightning to USB flash drive to my iPhone to copy photos to the drive. Despite all photos being selected, only 2,904 photos were copied to the flash drive. iCloud Photos is turned off. Some photos in my library are from older phones that were not Apple products. How can I get all photos in my iPhone library copied to the flash drive? Regards, Gordon.
iPad recognising devise but app isn’t, so can’t view saved pics or save anymore onto stick, so frustrating!
Keep getting error messages and only copies a small portion of files. I’m returning it!
can't access photo library
I have roughly 8000 photos on my phone. IXpand copies about 800-1000 and then crashes. I start it again, choose skip duplicate files, it copies about the same amount and crashes again. Did that numerous times. IXpand folder now says there is 9000+ pics (more than I have), but not all my pics are copied. Starting to regret my purchase
When I try to back up my iPhone it transfers 1 photo then pops up a message -successfully backed up 1 item. Some items couldn’t be backed up .please try again later. i tried to off and on my phone, delete the app and download again but the same thing happens.
App will not open. Doesn’t stay open. Crashes after uploading 1/2 of pictures. Error message occurs when trying to load pictures from IPhone. Nothing is working
