How to fix MeteoSwiss app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MeteoSwiss app on iPhone
Update MeteoSwiss app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MeteoSwiss iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MeteoSwiss on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MeteoSwiss network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MeteoSwiss Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MeteoSwiss not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MeteoSwiss App
1. On android, goto Settings » MeteoSwiss » click [Force Stop]

Update MeteoSwiss to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MeteoSwiss App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MeteoSwiss » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MeteoSwiss.

Fix MeteoSwiss unable to contact server/ MeteoSwiss internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MeteoSwiss » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MeteoSwiss » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MeteoSwiss
