1 year agoI purchased this app and forgot my password, I e been emailing to request a new password and I get the same answer for 2 days, the IT is working on it, how long does it take to receive a code? I want to cancel since I can’t even use it at all! I want a refund to my account or I will call the BBB and complain!

2 years agoPlease cancel my subscription. The recipes do not give any amount for servings - there is no way this is an appropriate app for managing weight and diabetes. There also is no way that I found to cancel subscriptions. Buyer beware!!

It’s a scam
If zero stars were an option, that is what I would have given them. When I first tried to get into the app, it said my email was already in use. Once I was in after resetting a password that hadn’t even been created yet, it told me that my subscription had expired. Finally fixed that and was able to see the actual app. When you get into the the app, all you get is some poorly written “education” materials and a tracker that you already have for free through the health app on your phone. All of the exercise plans are locked and you have to buy them. I asked for a refund and no response. Finally got a response after over 24 hours. They will only offer 1/2 the cost as a refund unless the product is defective. Well this product is defective in that it is not based on science. And even after paying the subscription fee, you have to buy the exercise programs. The recipes are a joke. This company should be investigated for fraud. I disputed the charges with my cc. Waiting to hear back from them. STAY AWAY. THIS APP DEVELOPER SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH FRAUD. Update: As you can see from their response they will refund according to the terms of service. All they offered is 1/2. Um, no. Refund the full amount. You can’t even see their TOS until after you have paid. That is FRAUD.

Major let down!
This app is horrible I wish I could give zero stars. I have tried many apps of the past few years on my 85 pound weight loss journey. I was attracted to this one because of the focus on diabetes, big mistake!! During the first few days my blood sugar sky rocketed, so I switched it to their keto plan. There is some sort of glitch with the menus. I contacted them for help and they did respond quickly, but their best advice was uninstall and re install the app. That will fix the problem. It did not! So when I contacted them again to tell them the app doesn’t work right, that it was the most horrible app I have used, and I wanted my money back they didn’t respond. Tracking is complicated unless you eat the exact menu they provide. Swapping a meal is next to impossible because this option glitches so badly. If you want to log a meal according to one of their recipes that is a whole other nightmare. The recipes are given in cups and tablespoons but in order to log the ingredients it has to be in ounces. Their menu said a meal was around 300 calories, but when I tried to log it by individual ingredients it came out to over 600 calories. Overall this is the worst app I have ever used. I just want my money back!

Not good
This is not user friendly. Tracking glucose only has before eating, after eating. No spot for fasting after sleeping or a way to mark it like a glucose meter. When changing the recipe from one you don’t want to one you do want you have to keep flipping back and forth to change it as they only give you 3 choices to choose from. You are not given a list. If you want to go back to one you like if you pass by you have to keep flipping back and forth until you can find it again. The recipe has weird measurements and have to do some conversions to make the meal plus it is only for one person. The shopping list for one person is too expensive. They give you recipes that are gluten free and unless you are gluten intolerant gluten free means added carbs which a diabetic does not need. Stay away. For what it does it is too expensive for this program. I asked for my money back and was told they could only offer a 50% refund unless there was a problem with the app itself. Why would I want to pay 50% for an app I used for a week and found out it was crap? Not happy with the customer service. I want a full refund.
