How to fix Webull app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Webull app on iPhone
Update Webull app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Webull iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Webull on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Webull network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Webull Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Webull not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Webull App
1. On android, goto Settings » Webull » click [Force Stop]

Update Webull to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Webull App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Webull » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Webull.

Fix Webull unable to contact server/ Webull internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Webull » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Webull » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
