I scheduled a donation, but after doing so, the app reloads, crashes, then reloads. Rinse and repeat.

Absolutely deadlocked app, doesn't recognize donor registration, instructions are unclear when given the paperwork by staff on how to use the app etc and also their online security certificates expired as well when going through the web url version
I've Donated Twice now. And it's still not registering my donations or anything. So I'm unable to access the kiosk questionnaire on my phone and everything.
wont except my password tried all different ones and it always comes back wrong password why???

I keep trying to open the grifols app but it just keeps buffering when I login
I can log into the app, but I can't express kiosk. I get a message saying my profile doesn't allow a self questionnaire. No one at the plasma center has a clue what that means and why it doesn't work for me.

I keep trying to download te app on my new Pixel 7 pro but it keeps automatically stopping once I log in. I keep using my old phone and it works fine.
I have an android phone and everytime I try to open the Grifol app it crashes. I have uninstalled and also reinstalled it. Still keeps happening. Is there a fix for this?
Same as all the above. Phone application shuts down. [Samsung] Works on laptop.

New App doesn't allow advance appointments
When you updated to the new green Hub, I could no longer log in. I tried uninstalling and installing, I tried forgot password, I tried registering. MY password is 8 characters and capitol and small letters and a number. Now what......
I registered, but your system says either my email address or my password won’t work. I have donated many, many times. 403, to be exact. I look forward to continuing, but in order to do so I need Grifols to let me sign in by some means other than the donor hub, which clearly does not work.
