Unable to login to complete signing up. I had signed up a few months ago and was put on a waiting list for the area I picked. I got notice that I could change my preferred area, so I tried to login and couldn't seem to. It kept putting me in the new sign up routine. I have tried off and on to no avail. Currently I can get as far as logging in with my email and verifying email, but when I enter my phone number I'm stopped with the error message phone number is already associated with an account. I can find no phone number or any way to get help.

I guess just after 6pm my gh app locked up/ I completed the orders that I had agreed to and then deleted the app and have so far been unsuccessfull in reloading the app/ I am still trying to reload the app. No luck so far.

The app won't allow me to finish signing up. Everytime it scans my ID, it accepts it and then goes to my home screen. I have reset my phone, deleted and redownloaded app... Please help Thanks Abigail

Several attempts to sign up up for grubhub membership. Wont accept my credit card but it will use same card to order food and deliver. WHY??? I am tired of paying fees for delivery and have been using door dash, i am in a wheelchair and order out 2-3 times a week. Please help

How to fix Grubhub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Grubhub app on iPhone
Update Grubhub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Grubhub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Grubhub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Grubhub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Grubhub Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Grubhub not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Grubhub App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grubhub » click [Force Stop]

Update Grubhub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grubhub App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grubhub » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grubhub.

Fix Grubhub unable to contact server/ Grubhub internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grubhub » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grubhub » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Grubhub
