I really loved GrifolsDonorHub for a while and I liked being able to check my balance but now I can’t even open GrifolsDonorHub . Every time I do it crashes

There was nothing wrong before. But apparently they trusted someone’s new ideas and screwed up an easy to follow and navigate app. All my past info is gone. It was nice seeing our donor history. It was nice to be able to set up appointments. Now I have to go to center and they make me try GrifolsDonorHub , AGAIN even though it doesn’t work…as so many donors come in and tells them!!!! Finally they give my an appt. later than I specified so the wait is even longer.
If donating plasma is so important don’t make it such a chore to do so. Fix it or go back to the original. It worked!

Can’t even get logged in for the first time… but online my same login works just fine… Pretty frustrating since the site is also pretty bad. With the mass amount of money they make on people’s fluids you think they could afford a nice site and app… Strange. The sell one thing of plasma for $1700 @ like 100 people a day… come on, you’re not hurting for money…

I signed up and downloaded GrifolsDonorHub . I created an account and have been receiving emails. But I can’t log in because it says my info isn’t correct. I tried to change passwords and it says the email isn’t associated with any on file. Yet when I try to create an account again with said email it says it’s already in use. I quit.

I was told I needed to download GrifolsDonorHub to better book appointments and keep track of my compensation. But I can’t do either! To book an appointment it just sends me back to the website I’ve been booking through, and though this has a long compensation tracking, it doesn’t contain current balance, which is what we all want.

The sign up page is a joke. It doesn’t save each field so when you try to fill out the next field, it deletes everything. Can’t enter birthday at all, once you select your DOB there’s nothing to have it enter in that field, doesn’t make sense. I deleted it 5 minutes after I downloaded it because it DOESN’T WORK!

As a new donor I was told how easy it would be to create an account and use it to book appointments. I’m on day 3 with IT support and still have not been able to create an account. They say their app is terrible, as do the folks working in the center. They all say to just use the desktop version.

Such a waste.

Every time I receive a notification from GrifolsDonorHub and try to open GrifolsDonorHub the notifications are not there I’m supposed to be receiving bonus money on donating but I can’t receive any of that because I don’t receive them you’ve cost me tons of money please fix the issue

It's kind of useless since when I go to check or make an appointment it just sends me to a browser page that makes me log in.

Struggled to just make an appointment due lay out and functionality. So I updated GrifolsDonorHub and now I can’t log in as it doesn’t recognize the credentials I just created. GrifolsDonorHub will cost me appointments since I can’t even use it. Very frustrating.

I got it when it first came out, it was 100% useless. Couldn’t do a single thing through GrifolsDonorHub other then sign in, nor did it give any information. Now I’ve gotten a new phone and I can’t even log into it. Complete garbage.

I downloaded GrifolsDonorHub last year. It has never worked. I get a generic login error every time. I’ve deleted and reinstalled GrifolsDonorHub , same result. I just use the website instead.

When I try to click on the time slot i want nothing happens, there’s no next button, it doesn’t register I’ve selected a time or anything, just doesn’t work for it’s intended purpose.

for some reason, they have my first name listed as my last name and vice-versa, but GrifolsDonorHub won’t let me fix this. there’s no way to contact support of any kind, so here I am.

I can’t even open my app anymore, im trying to see when my next appointment is and every time i try to open GrifolsDonorHub it closes on me before i can get in. This issue needs to be resolved right now.

App only give little info. Should track health information too. Such as blood pressure and weight for each visit.

Will not accept my login credentials, and I know they are correct because they work on the Grifols website, yet I just get a generic login error on GrifolsDonorHub . Tried deleting and reinstalling, same result. iPhone 12 Pro Max

Keeps telling me I have “error” says my log in credentials are linked to my email… but doesn’t recognize me. I can’t even delete GrifolsDonorHub to reinstall

GrifolsDonorHub seems to be out of date so much that I can’t log in when my credentials are correct all together. Please fix this soon!
