I enter my login information and press enter, but nothing happens. It just indefinitely loads. I tried both the website and downloading the app onto a different device. Same result. Donation center said there’s nothing they can do.
This app does not recognize my donor history. It promises that my donations will show up after my first donation, but that was a month ago.
When I log on it tells me my account will be available 24hrs after my first donation. I've been donating on a weekly basis for a month and it still isn't working. Contacted my donor site and was advised to continue to wait until it works.
Lets me log in but does not update and let me make an appointment on Android. Please fix this or get a technician to fix this issue.
