My stc pay app has not been working since February 15, 2022. After entering iqama number and date of birth, it ask for the pass code. Even after entering the pass code it tells you have not set the pass code correctly, please enter forgot pass code to continue. After entering all this it tells you have not entered the correct date of birth like that. I have contacted the stc pay more than ten thousand times but they couldn't yet solve my problem. What should I do.
